Advice on increase
I am on Tirosint T4 which I get from Germany and am looking to increase to either 75mcg or 100 but unsure what to do as I only have 50mcg tablets. No chance of getting any more atm for some time. I have posted below my latest bloods on 50mcg dose. I’m not feeling good and believe I need to increase

IBSA v. Teva: Indefinite Scope of Key Term in Patent Description Rendered a Thyroid Medication Patent Invalid Under Section 112
Amazing what you sometimes find when looking for something else entirely! :-) From our perspective, the interesting news is that Teva (at least in the USA) seem to be trying to compete with IBSA in marketing a gel cap levothyroxine product. And they appear to have won the patent case that they pursued

Tyramine, MAO A and MAO B has any one tried a tyramine reduced diet?
I was reading up on MAO inhibitors as the question was asked which is best, an MAO inhibitor or C/L. My husband has had a genetic test and his results say he has lower expression of MAO A and B so I imagine inhibiting it further is probably not a good thing. But reading this it looks like reducing

Who is up for solving this thyroid/perimenopausal puzzle?! I desperately need some help! 🙏🏻
I have Hashimotos which was diagnosed about 5 years ago. I started on Levo and after increasing my dosage, I felt worse. A friend of mine with Hashimotos suggested that I probably was not converting T4 to T3 and could try to take NDT because of the T3 in it. Luckily I found a doctor who prescribed it

Three-drug GIV combo promising against high-risk CLL - Patients with deletion 17p or TP53 (from EHA Congress)
He pointed out that second-generation Bruton’s
tyrosine
kinase (BTK) inhibitors such as acalabrutinib (Calquence) may pose a lower risk of atrial fibrillation than the BTK inhibitor ibrutinib used in the CLL2-GIVe study. In general, however, the rationale for the combination is sound, Dr.
