I once read that L-Tyrosine supplementation could help with psoriasis. Does anyone have any info or tried this?

Thanks.

If you google this supplement you will find many things relating to taking this for psoriasis. I have scalp psoriasis.

I have recently ordered this from Amazon and have just started taking it today. Google L-Tyrosine and psoriasis. Info comes up on web.md and mayo clinic.

I have used L-tyrosine the amino acid for nearly 3 weeks now. My scalp psoriasis is almost gone. Amazing! So thank you so much for posting that information about L-Tyrosine or I would have never known about this!

A miracle for me...I hope it & pray that this improvement continues! I have also stopped using everything prescribed to me by doctors and have been using nettle shampoo and nettle scalp oil which someone else suggested on this forum. So thank you everyone!

That’s wonderful. How many mg do you take daily?

2 of 500mg in the morning on an empty stomach. They say it works better than taking them with food. Bought them on Amazon
