Thyroid advice, please!
I had raised
TPO
antibodies of 368, a few years back, so was treated for Hashimoto's. I was put on Levothyroxine for a while but symptoms persisted, including increasing pain in both legs.

Worried about daughter.
Did u say I should check
TPO
and TgAb Free t3 and t4? My daughter has sent this message. I have Graves and my mother has Hashimoto's. My daughter is in Thailand and is not well at all. I think she has thyroid problems.

"Normal - no action", despite symptoms popping up again
My NHS 06.06.19 test came back TSH 1.9 [0.35 - 5.5] down from 3.4 Mar 2019
TPO
89 [0 - 50] down from 180 in Oct 2019 "normal no action". All based on NHS bloods. I saw the GP today and was refused the increase instead offered an Endo referral.

Thyroid ultrasound - sonographer or radiologist?
I am want to know if I have hashis (TG and
TPO
tested multiple times, always negative). Is there any advantage to seeing a radiologist? I assume a sonographer will tell me if there is an indication of hashis, and if anything else shows up, I could run it past my GP? Many thanks

Are heart issues related to Hashimotos
Mainly to see if I had Hashimotos (
tpo
<600) . My rheumatologist revered me for a heart echo, this has come back as ejection fraction 40% and grade 1 diastolic dysfunction. referred to a cardiologist now! My question is, could this be my thyroid causing the issues?
