Can T3 medication or NDT increase Anti-TPO antibodies?
Similarly, my Anti-
TPO
went from 40.2 (reference is <5.6) to 376. I haven't made any large dietary changes during that time (I still mostly stick to a gluten free and low dairy diet), and the only real change was that I began taking those medications listed above.

Hashimoto's Diagnosis
Thyroid Peroxidase AB (
TPO
) is a 58.88 IU/ml on a range of 0-9. She diagnosed me with Hashimotos. I am a 22 year old woman, young and for the most part healthy. Does Hashimotos make your levels fluctuate that much?

Chest pain advice please
It’s taken 12-15 years to get 75 mcg and have had
TPO
ab 13000 until I went GF, now halved. If I go to docs they will stop levo or at least lower, but I can’t carry on having this pain, no way of being sure of the cause or how dangerous this could be.

Please help with my test results, esp the Reverse T3 ratio
I would be grateful for any advice, especially on the highlighted items TSH, Reverse T3 ratio and
TPO
antibodies. I am not taking any supplements, but was supplementing Vitamin D until April this year. I'm on 100mcg levothyroxine daily.

Does >tsh unmedicated mean >thyroid damage? Or...?
Does it mean my
tpo
antibodies did this much damage in the past year? Or... is that common when you come off to experience a period of a surge? Gah. Bestow your knowledge, thyroid gods of the Internet, if you’ve any you’d like to share ❤️

Hashimotos/ subclinical?
She didn’t rush to do this without a further blood test , but she did refer to me having sublinical hypothyroidism, (Hashimoto's
TPO
88.74 (1.0 -16 ) , is this significant? I am feeling much better on this dose, although still not quite right, and clearly my levels are still pretty low.

NHS records held a secret
According to coded NHS records my Serum TSH level was above range, 5.7, in 2016 prior to March 2017 hypothyroidism diagnosis when Serum TSH level was 5.1 - February 2017
TPO
antibodies were 20. According to earlier NHS records Serum TSH level first showed a wobble at 3.84 in 2007.
