Hello, My thyroid has been under suspicion for many years but I cannot seem to get any answers. Postnatally, (four months after giving birth), some fifteen years ago, my TSH was tested and was 12.6. Nothing was done about this. ( I have only just seen this on my NHS app). Fast forward to eight years

GP won't diagnose despite abnormal test results, what should I do next?
So I'm now wondering what on earth I should do as there is obviously something going on with my bloods (especially with the
TPO
antibodies). Should I ask to be referred to an endocrinologist, or get a second opinion? I've made another appointment, but this isn't until 30th August.

I have subclinical hypothyroidism with
TPO
antibodies. I took the tablets as advised on an empty stomach but they are causing terrible reflux symptoms. I persevered for 2 weeks but have had to stop taking them.

should I start t3? Positive experience?!
I have Hashimotos and my most recent antibody test showed (
tpo
) showed at over 600 (apparently the lab can’t process higher than that). I currently take 125mcg of Levo and am tired and struggling to exercise. I’m in my 30’s and have young children. I’d just like to feel well.

Only Diagnose Hashimoto's if already hypothyroid? What?!
I told the receptionist that I'd paid for a private blood test that showed I had a raised TSH level and
TPO
antibodies. I said I had lots of symptoms and felt absolutely dreadful.

What happens after the liver referral?
The blob on hubbys kidney has disappeared which means that he has been referred to Birmingham QE to see a heptologist. Today we received an outpatient app to go on Feb 6th. I’m assuming that this isn’t the TPA so is this so that they can meet him and go over what he’s been happening so far that brought
