Seeking advice on test results, Metavive and suggested next steps
Numerous tests, both NHS & private, suggest that I’ve got hypothyroidism (including
TPO
antibodies, eg Hashimotos/Ord’s). But, as the the results are usually within range, the fact that I’m symptomatic is, frankly, irrelevant. So frustrating and upsetting.

Not many embryos - should I undergo reproductive immunology testing?
I also have elevated thyroid
TPO
antibodies (142 when measured last year, have since cut gluten out and have just ordered an at-home test kit to see how I am doing.) I am on 50mcg levothyroxine as my TSH was previously hovering about 4.

just feeling a little confused and overwhelmed! Can anybody please help me clear a few things up?????
So I believe I have hashimotos due to the raised
TPO
antibodies but I have also read that these can be raised in other thyroid conditions like silent painless thyroiditis so how do I know it’s definitely hashimotos and not this?

Severely hypothyroid but having terrible reaction to thyroid meds. Desperate for help.
I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism at age 40 with blood results of: TSH >100 (0.27 - 4.2 ) T4 - 3.4 (11 - 25)
TPO
- 218 (0-34) It took a long time to feel better, but eventually I settled on a dose of 75mg levothyroxine and 20mg liothyronine daily.

unable to set up thyroid t4 intolerant?
TPO
antibodies where slightly elevated that was 2011. I never got back onto normal health ever since than. with medication I also never reached over the norm, just with TSH under. Right now I try to get tirosint-sol, to make a new trail. but I'm exhausted and I lose hope. besides lifetime.

suboptimal results, pregnancy loss
I was about to order a
TPO
test - do you recommend? I figured that was the best/only way to determine if it was autoimmune drive? I don't just want to take medication if I don't have to - if I can do something to change it. Can I manage this naturally?

T3 level, potassium
GP agreed to test again last week, adding T3, T4 and
TPO
. These latest results are TSH 3.23, T4 15.5 (range 12-22), T3 flagged at 3.8 as range is 3.9 - 6.70 but declared normal, no action.
TPO
is 7 (should be less than 35). Last test done at 9am, previous one at 1pm.

confirmation of graves/hashi
Hi, I have written on here before, but have just had my TRab test back after waiting weeks for it, does this confirm I have graves? But also can or have got hashi as well as have antibodies for that too? I’m confused as does this mean I can go either way? I know my levels aren’t very high at the moment

Thyroid antibodies
But disappointed to find Monitor My Health only offer testing for
TPO
. Not helpful for me as I've always been negative for
TPO
and positive for TGab. Medichecks do both but are much more expensive. So presumably it's more common in hypothyroidism to have
TPO
antibodies than TGab? Anyone know why?
