Getting circumcised after 7 months of battling with constant Balanitis
I got Balanitis from seemingly nowhere 7 months ago. As soon as I realized something felt off down there I took a trip to the Dr, believing that it would be a relatively easy fix. I was prescribed Clotrimazole, I was so relieved on the way home, thankful for modern medicine. If only I’d known how premature

After 1 year of misery, I have cured myself. The solution/cure that worked for myself: Fucidin ointment 2%, applied on the glans and foreskin once a day for two weeks. For those that are interested, here is my story: It all started after I used my fleshlight the second time. I didn't clean it after

THRUSH
I have developed renal thrush. My GP is treating this with miconazole tablets (a daily tablet for a week )(or a single dose tablet). Neither are doing the job. I think, on reading the info sheet that the dose should be much higher than this. Am I correct.?

Warfarin and Anti Fungal products warning.
There is a warning in this months BNF. •Miconazole, including the topical gel formulation, can enhance the anticoagulant effect of warfarin—if miconazole and warfarin are used concurrently, the anticoagulant effect should be carefully monitored and, if necessary, the dose of warfarin reduced •Patients
