Testosterone
bouncing back, and I am still (detectable) cancer free. I’ve been on this site long enough to know that most men don’t do as well as I have, so there is only one thing to say. THANK YOU GOD.

So I wanted to ask if any of you have experiences with any supplements like estradiol,
testosterone
, t3 only or something that balanced all out and made you feel normal!

Xtandi/ UTI with Foley/ low hemoglobin
He had been taking
testosterone
a few years before and has a great deal of strength mentally to ignore pain. My dad, 83, has had radiation to areas in his pelvis, prostate, and top of femurs. He started on Lupron right away and was doing the prednisone and zytega for about 8 months.

New here
Been on Lupron, Xtandi since 2016 and my PSA is 0.27 and my
testosterone
is 47. Looks like I made the right guess! At my July appointment both my local and Moffitt oncologists agreed that my outlook has improved from at most 5 more years to at least 10 more years. Not to shabby for a 70 year old!

Vacation is over
Testosterone
made a huge jump into normal range for my age. It was at 245 up from less than whatever the lowest detectable level is. I will miss it. I had 11 blissful passionate months. It could have been better however.

Apprehension
Also found out at age 27 that I have hypogonadism so from the age of 13 to 27 my
testosterone
was at the level of a 90 year old man, explaining a lot of the uncontrollable anxiety, when trying to talk to a girl.

A difficult customer
There is now a lot of good quality research out there which tends to support the view that
testosterone
is not the villain in PCa, but that is a topic for another time. I opted initially for proton beam therapy in Prague.

Propecia hairloss drug lowered my thyroid and cortisol hormones
My
testosterone
is now at the level of a 100 year old man, my thyroid and cortisol levels have all fallen and I'm constantly exhausted, I am unable to get an erection and my genitalia has shrunk in size due to the DHT being cut off in my sex organs.
