Hypothyroidism and erectile dysfunction
My
testosterone
level is in the range. Estrogen as well, only prolactin to the limit. Can it be advisable to take DHEA for men or risk of increasing estrogen? I also have low ferritin, can it do anything to supplement it for my erectile dysfunction? Thanks for your suggestions!

Seeking Post-RP Advice for Very High Risk, G9, Low PSA
He collected a uPSA which came back at 0.019 with
testosterone
level of 531. He is also recommending an Aximum scan just in case I have a variant that does not produce much PSA.

Paper published about my vaccine treatment
Am at 5 months NED, and last PSA and
testosterone
was .05 and 850 ten days ago. With combinations with their vaccines they are getting some excellent responses. Best part besides saving my life is there are no side effects.

High testosterone = very bad ADT side effects?
My Onco hints, cautiously, that as I have very high
testosterone
, my body will have to compensate much more for the sharp T decrease after the start of ADT therapy which will very probably result in worse side effects than "normal". My research did not bring meaningful results...

Testosterone levels
I get
Testosterone
test every 3 months along with PSA. It has been less than 10 for the last 9 months. Is this a binary test, Below 10 or above 10

MONOTHERAPY FOR NEWLY DIAGNOSED PROSTATE CANCER
Since I'm only using casodex (bicalutamide, which blocks PCa cells from UTILIZING
testosterone
), not combined with a
Testosterone
(T) PRODUCTION blocker (T is grrrreat! for almost all other organs, esp. my BRAIN!), the next step could be blocking T production as well, which I remain loathe to do.

HSD3B1 Genotype in Metastatic Castration-Sensitive Prostate Cancer
Relevance Inheritance of the adrenal-permissive HSD3B1 genotype is associated with earlier castration resistance and shorter overall survival in men with low-volume metastatic prostate cancer and may help identify men more likely to benefit from escalated androgen receptor axis inhibition beyond gonadal

Introducing me - Jason
My
testosterone
levels have been low for a few years so I’ve been on a
testosterone
therapy - which is now stopped. I’m not a first time patient, I had part of my colon removed for a pre-cancerous polyp found in 2016.

"Novel Approach to Therapeutic Targeting of" CRPC
Several reasons for the development of resistance towards anti-androgens have been hypothesized, including intracellular
testosterone
production, androgen overexpression, somatic mutations of AR resulting in a gain of function, constitutive activation of AR splice variants, imbalance in AR regulators

Not sure if I should start DHEA or not?
My doctor also said my
testosterone
levels were on the low side: total
testosterone
0.29 ng/mL, ref 0.10-0.70 but should preferably be in the upper 50% of range.

PSA vs PSMA
I went on hormone therapy in October 2018, which dropped my
testosterone
to around 20, and my PSA to around 0.2. That worked for about 2 months and then my PSA started rising again steadily every month through 2019. Last October I started Xtandi, which I still take.

Oh, what a mystery is our affliction
She wants me to see my GP and jottted down some things she wants him to check: Thyroid,
testosterone
, Vit. D. Could it be possible that something beside COPD is contributing to my SOB? I've made my appointment and have her notes ready. Both docs are at same hospital.
