You can beat a lot of that stuff with good diet , low BMI and hard workouts, especially weight training. Lots of us have done it and do can you.

I am Vegan and have had very little side effects from Casodex and Lupron. I hit the weight room at our gym at least 5 days a week. My blood glucose is up a tad hovering around 100 from the low 90's. BP up a bit upper 120's. I have occasional warm spells...just as I am aware of them they go away. I have actually lost a few pounds go figure. I think I might be pushing myself at the gym a bit. I just wanted to avoid many of the side effects.

Yes I’m like you. Fear is a great motivator. I hired a trainer and day one I walked in

And took off my shirt and said, “I’m gonna have zero testosterone. Can you keep me looking like this a year from now?” He said, if you look like that after a year in my gym I’m closing the doors”. Lol. I actually gained muscle mass. Keep up the hard work Brutha.
