Newcomer - Frederica
In April of this year I started on Abraxane and
Tecentriq
. I am on my 3rd month. My numbers have gotten better, my pain is gone (of course they immediately put me on pain meds and am now on a fentanyl patch - wonderful bit of medicine), as is most of the swelling.

*New Treatment*
Previous treatment of
Tecentriq
+Abraxane was beginning to stop working so my oncologist switched me to Carboplatin+Gemzar. Funny thing is, this is the treatment she was considering before but she went with the
Tecentriq
+Abraxane instead.

NEPC Treatment Question
He recently completed 6 cycles of carboplatin+etoposide+
tecentriq
. Recent CT scans completed after his last cycle show the mets are stable with a small amount of improvement. While we are celebrating this news, his oncologist is looking ahead.

Treatment Update
So my next treatment will be a combo of
Tecentriq
(Yay! Immunotherapy!) and Abraxane. No Keytruda as has been advertised but
Tecentriq
specifically.

They are starting tx this week (carboplatin+ etoposide +
tecentriq
). Chemo will be 3 days in a row every 3 weeks with
tecentriq
(immunotherapy) added in. Has anyone else followed a similar tx plan? How was tx tolerated? How was the response? I am feeling very anxious.

Immunotherapy-Chemotherapy *Update*
Hello All, So I just finished my first month of immunotherapy+chemotherapy (
Tecentriq
+Abraxane) and so far so good. The sessions are weekly for three weeks, two meds the first week, one med the second week (just the chemo), and two meds the third week. One week off and then the cycle begins again.

So anyway, last week I finished my second month of

Radiation along with chemo and immunotherapy for SCLC. Are toxicity risks too high?
They are saying adding
tecentriq
to the regime will be too toxic. Has anyone undergone/going through chemo+immunotherapy+ radiation simultaneously ? Prompt response would be of great help

The drug I believe made all the difference was
Tecentriq
(Ayezolizumab). Now I am also a realist and know I have a vicious disease, and this could come back.
