Pirtobrutinib triple trial Cycle 7 update
They'll just never know how long a remission after only 7 Cycles - which is very short in
targeted
therapy
time. I had even achieved uMRD6 at the End of Cycle 4, although
Adaptive Biotechnologies clonoSEQ
could still sequence one of my 2 clones at that time.

HER2 and ER positive breast cancer
I was originally scheduled for a lumpectomy but they found the HER2 & ER positive, so now chemo and
targeted
therapy
followed by surgery and radiotherapy. I was very lucky that my accident led to a speedy diagnosis but I'm still dealing with the enormity of it.

Relative risk for secondary bone marrow cancer within 5 years after initial CLL chemoimmunotherapy treatment (typically BR or FCR)

treatments relies on evidence that the newer treatments have long term cost and health advantages over BR (Bendamustine+Rituximab) and FCR

FDA Approves Augtyro (repotrectinib) for Adults and Children with NTRK-Positive Solid Tumors
People receiving Augtyro (repotrectinib) as a first-line treatment showed a significant response rate and a prolonged benefit when receiving the
therapy
. Similarly, those given Augtyro (repotrectinib) after previously receiving an NTRK-
targeted
therapy
also experienced a meaningful response.

New results soon (hopefully): A Phase 1 Study of FOR46 in Patients With Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC)
Not the latest, but some more insight, since results should be on their way https://clinicaltrials.ucsf.edu/trial/NCT03575819 but they are already working on another CD46-
targeted
alpha
therapy
based on YS5, a radioimmunoconjugate.

Why not give Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) as Adjunctive Therapy a Try?
Gleevec was the first
