recurrence after lobectomy
I begged for adjuvant therapy after the operation as I was terrified to find out in the histology report that the only mutation found was Kras G12V (with more risks of recurrence and very bad prognosis in case of recurrence (no

therapy
etc).

3rd time hair loss in 2 years
This last week I started a new chemo for
targeted
therapy
. This is my 3rd med switch in a year due to progression. I knew it was possible that I could lose my hair again. (1st time with chemo July 2021, 2nd time whole brain radiation April 2022) 50/50 chance.

How prostate cancer transforms into aggressive NEPC following treatment with anti-androgen therapy.
Eventually, over enough time, cancer patients who receive a
targeted
therapy
can become resistant to treatment," says Darren Sigal, M.D., an oncologist at Scripps Clinic and Scripps MD Anderson Cancer Center who worked with the scientists on the study.

HER2 and ER positive breast cancer
I was originally scheduled for a lumpectomy but they found the HER2 & ER positive, so now chemo and
targeted
therapy
followed by surgery and radiotherapy. I was very lucky that my accident led to a speedy diagnosis but I'm still dealing with the enormity of it.

Venetoclax for dummies
The main three categories of therapies available to us are chemotherapies (drugs such as FCR), immunotherapies (drugs like rituximab) and
targeted
therapies. Venetoclax is a
targeted
therapy
, as are drugs like ibrutinib.

V&R treatment ending and skin blemishes mostly on face.
On Monday I will be taking in the last RITUBIMAB infusion of the 7 months
targeted
therapy
for CLL. I will be treatment-Free. I am both elated and also filled with trepidation. I'm not sure what QUESTIONS to ask my oncologist about what to expect next.

Pirtobrutinib triple trial Cycle 7 update
They'll just never know how long a remission after only 7 Cycles - which is very short in
targeted
therapy
time. I had even achieved uMRD6 at the End of Cycle 4, although
Adaptive Biotechnologies clonoSEQ
could still sequence one of my 2 clones at that time.

Tasigna off label for parkinson's disease. What happens when the smallest kid on the block gets run out of town. Time for a vote.
Both of these medications are considered

New bone met
I have a consult with radiation oncologist on Wednesday and wanted to ask if any of you have had very
targeted
radiation
therapy
to one small new spot on bone when your systemic treatment (Ibrance and Letrozole) is still working on other mets. I saw there is SBRT and IMRT.
