Has anyone here bought
Tambocor
from Israel Pharm?? I definitely consider
Tambocor
to EASILY be the most effective form of Flecainide available (?!) But if it isn’t available here in the UK (for less than 87 quid….) what other/generic brand do Flecainide users here prefer??

Molnupiravir interactions with flecainide/tambocor
Hello everyone, On 9/24/23 i tested positive for covid for the first time. I discovered that Paxlovid is contraindicated for people taking flecainide. (I take 100mg, twice a day. ) My pharmacist noted that Molnupiravir (Lagevrio) was used as an alternative to Paxlovid for people in my situation. I

Breakthrough Afib episodes while on Flecainide
I’m having afib breaking through my daily portion of 200 mg of Flecainide (
Tambocor
) lately, after a quiet time (2 months) with no Afib at all. Now almost daily and some days even 3 to 4 incidents.

Flecainide and heart rate
Based on your experience does Flecainide (
Tambocor
) raise heart rate. My cardiologist has recently put me on 90 mg of Dilzem twice a day and 50 mg of
Tambocor
twice a day. I was hoping this combo may help my heart rate to go down to the sixties.

Taking Flecainide even when in Permanent Afib
To improve these results , I suggested to stop Nebilet and instead take 50 mg of Flecainide (
Tambocor
50mg) in combo with dilzem. He agreed and said lets give it a try. Did any body with permanent Afib try Flecainide? Your experience will be very helpful. Thanks

Is Tambocor no longer available?
Is it true that the anti-arrhythmia drug
Tambocor
has been discontinued? If so, does anyone know why, and is there a suitable alternative?

FLECAINIDE SIDE EFFECTS
It was suggested to me to trial the NON Generic Flecainide namely
TAMBOCOR
which is NON Generic . This is much more expensive than the Generic version but has far fewer side effects. Has Anybody any experience of this. Regards Hugo40

Scared and Anxious
I contacted my cardiologist and told me not to worry, he prescribed
tambocor
today and gave me an ultrasound scan but after reading loads on it I'm actually scared to take it. Also scared to experience another session like last Friday.

After 2 radiofrequency cardiac ablations, still have atrial fibrillation Afib
Now it's after 8 months since my second ablation, the Afib problem still happens day by day with medication (i.e.
tambocor
). Have some free A-fib days but problems surely not completely cured.

Flecainide Aka Tambocor
So my EP would like me to start flecainide for my arrhythmias. I’m pretty nervous about this medication since at this point I’ve only every taken Toprol XL (200mg) Can anyone share their experience with me? I’m curious what people really experience with this and how it goes! Thanks!

Tambocor (Flecainide) out of stock is this a warning for 29/03/19?
I never got on with generic Flecainide so have had the branded version
Tambocor
prescribed for more years than I care to mention. Last week my local pharmacy was out of stock and I have now discovered that all the wholesalers are also out of stock.

Life changing
I'm taking Verapamil and
Tambocor
at the moment I still get the occasional strange short missed beat or similar some days. It makes me feel a little off like lightheaded and strange feeling.

Flecainide "Tambocor" Tabs vs. Caps
Has anyone else come across the issue that even though the
Tambocor
Caps and Tabs should both work "according to our pharmacist" (Apart from the Caps being Controlled release) that one works better for you than the other?

Coming off Tambocor (flecainide)
So I have been on flecainide since April 2017 and we (my EP and I) are seeing if we can stop taking it (I had an ablation in Jan 2017). I have been on 100mg per day (the slow release capsules) and went cold turkey on Monday. I am still on xarelto (anti coag) and cardicor (beta blocker) and am now feeling
