NDT NOT WORKING FOR ME
I was previously on 125mg of
Synthroid
and mainly got off that to see if not taking it would alleviate my insomnia(so far it has not). I was also hoping that being on NDT would bring up both my free T3 and free T4 levels and bring down my TSH.

T3 Only
Have been on
Synthroid
/T4 for 5 years. It has helped but I am still not as strong/fast as I was before my thyroid went downhill. And motivation is lower. Sports are a big part of my life (as well as napping 😁). If I take 25 mcg of T3 right before exercise/competition I can hang.

Block and replace graves and feel awful
T4 13 amd tsh 1.6 ) I still have graves antibodies so he asked me to start 100mg
synthroid
and up my tapazole to 2.5 mg per day. I feel awful. Can’t sleep past 230am and feel nauseous 5 days in. Anyone have any insights on block and replace and this problem?

After April's tests my cholesterol had not changes but TSH was still low so my Dr lowered my
Synthroid
to 50. I was tested again this week and Dr upped my
synthroid
to 75 Monday - Friday bu said not to take it on Saturday and Sunday.

Off of my Synthroid and Functioning Barely
Hello all! I have been taken off of my levothyroxine before I have my one-year full body scan (I am one year in remission from the thyroid cancer). I knew this would be a difficult transition for a few weeks but I did not realize how bad it would be. I can barely keep my eyes open, I am having chest

Chest pressure on Armour
My doctor put me on
Synthroid
50 mcg which I took until September 2017 when I switched doctors and was then placed on Levothyroxine 50mcg. I never noticed any difference or symptoms of having hypothyroidism besides hair loss.

In April I was retested and the lowered my
Synthroid
to 50. I was tested again this week and Dr upped my
synthroid
to 75 Monday - Friday and 50 on Sat Sunday but my AST was now 36 and Alt was 47 and they want me to come in on Monday. What could be the cause of the increase.

What would You Do? T4 or T3-only or NDT?I have 48 hrs to make a decision.
I was taking T3 at 5MCG, twice a day and 75
Synthroid
. I took the
Synthroid
for a month, a buck a month here, and it totally ruined me, headaches & heart palpitations at night, brain fog in the morning.

Cytomel Hyper Symptoms
Right now I take the Cytomel in the morning with the
Synthroid
, will it simply take time for my body to adjust or should I split the dose? I assume splitting it 12 hours apart would work?

LDN for Hashimotos & Other Autoimmune Issues
When I was about 30, my thyroid was found to be low and I was put on
Synthroid
. The doctor was hopeful this would help me with my migraine headaches, my achy legs and my general fatigue. I saw absolutely no difference. I'm 42 years old now.

Hashimotos and Major Issues
Been on
synthroid
. TSH been stable up until last six months. Went from 4.8 to 2.0 to 0.06 now back up to 8! I have only titrated doses between 25mcg to 75mcg. Feel horrible, see an endo in October. Thryoid ultrasound shows very small heterogenous thryoid with no nodules.

To T3 or not to T3? That is the Question.....
I am presently taking 100mg of
Synthroid
and intend to eventually go on the NDT. My TSH is 6.1(.4-4.5) and my Free T4 is .8(.8-1.7). Should I supplement the
Synthroid
with the T3 now? I am due for blood work in about 3 weeks.

Armour Thyroid without a Prescription
Levo and
Synthroid
do nothing, and my doctor just told me she won't prescribe it anymore ("it's archaic, dangerous, dosage is inconsistent"). I've looked everywhere, and the only places I can find nearby won't accept insurance, and I can't afford that! Help...? Thank you!!
