Your results are very difficult to read - which is probably why you've had no responses. But, from what I can make out, your TSH is slightly high for someone on thyroid hormone replacement - should be 1 or under - well under if you're still taking NDT. But, the most important number, the FT3, there's no range for, so impossible to tell how good or bad it is.
What are your suggestions please
You also need vitamin D tested and ferritin
I'm taking Syntroid 62.5mg
You are on very small dose of synthroid.
Your a TSH likely too high. Most patients on Levothyroxine need TSH under one
Reverse T3 is high
There's no range on FT3- so impossible to say if this is good or bad
FT4 shows you have room for increase
But with high reverse T3 you may be better adding small dose of T3 (cytomel) rather than increase in synthroid
Very high TG antibodies. This is most likely due to Hashimoto's, but can be other conditions

As already said. You need vitamin D and ferritin tested
Low ferritin can affect breathing
Low vitamin D is extremely common with Hashimoto's

With Hashimoto's many of us find strictly gluten free diet helps
Might be worth a try for 3-6 months, if it helps stick on it
Ideally ask GP for coeliac blood test first
