First time Fostair User
I've been switched from
Symbicort
to Fostair after a chest cold kicked off my asthma. I've been using
Symbicort
for many years and it has been life changing for me. Since moving to Fostair I have been feeling pretty unwell.

Symbicort 200/6
i spoke to an asthma nurse today who has said a person can have up to 12 puffs of
Symbicort
200/6 in a twenty four hour period. Does anyone do this doing a flare up? It is new to me.

Symbicort for 3 months
Hi. I would like to know if anyone else has noticed any particular symptoms, such as very dry skin, hoarse voice, constantly clearing throat, sweating and many hot flashes day and night. Thank you!

Symbicort inhaler - Safe ? - New Here
This Doc switched me to
Symbicort
inhaler and a tablet called Montelukast, Now I've read a bit I'm concerned I've made a grain leap from Ventolin which maybe is too much. Any feedback on experiances with these drugs appriciated, as it scares me a little. Thank you.

Recovery time, perhaps a silly question.
I am still on double my normal number of puffs of
Symbicort
200/6 by the way. As I ended up in hospital for a few days 15months ago, my surgery take me very seriously. I have no problem getting their attention in these circumstances, so I am lucky in that respect.

Asthma Review with a Matron
I am to continue on
Symbicort
200/6 two puffs six times a day. I am to start blue inhaler ten puffs every hour. (question my blue inhaler is 200mcg so is that only 5 puffs) The new research states taking blue inhaler hourly is better than a nebuliser four times a day she says.

The only medication that I am currently taking is
Symbicort
for my lungs. The only side effect that I have experienced so far is increased anxiety which is the one thing I didn't need. The drug is helping my lungs heal and I shouldn't need it for a few more weeks.
