test and Echo planned for tomorrow. Such a bummer after being asymptomatic for 8 years but now I have had a total of 3 of these blips in past 13 months . Cardiologist and EP cardio likely will recommend mapping and ablation .Nothing like starting the year off with a bang.

Coffee-drinker?
You'll all know the
stress
of the flashing lights and press the button stuff anyway... especially when your driving licence depends on it... so try it and see if it makes a difference to you. I never drink tea - it disagrees with me so can't tell you about that.

My
stress
levels are pretty high right now so it’s hard to gauge.. also don’t know if it’ll take a while. when I first started it I felt a difference immediately with my sleep issues(always get woken up way before my alarm). anyway hope everyone is doing great and happy Friday!

This is my first post and I really don’t know how or where to start. Any suggestions would help.
I have depression and ptsd. December was a very lonely time for me. No family left and I just moved to a new city and I’m having a hard time finding my place. I have two dogs that give me great joy. Thanks for reading.

Nothing Changes
Im 64 and all the
stress
has made me physical and emotionally ill. I wish I could say something positive. I know I sound like broken record. This illness is horrible. I wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy. I know we have to help ourselves. Im just too sick and messed up to do it right.

24/7 Acid Reflux
The second Gastroenterologists said it was due to
stress
, and the 3rd Gastroenterologists said it was long covid. I saw a remedial
stress
practitioner, she said it was my pancreas and that it was not making digestive enzymes. My GP had my pancreas testes and it seems there is no problem.

If I’m honest I’ve never felt the same since going through huge
stress
5 years ago when my husband was having treatment for a serious illness right after I’d just had our second child. Current symptoms - Low energy, low motivation, reduced mental function.

Stress and RLS
I'm just wondering since RLS is caused by a lack of dopamine in the brain, does
stress
and anxiety also have the same effect on dopamine and can therefore cause or worsen RLS?

5 weeks on from rifamixin for SIBO and IBS C.
I think I am dealing with
stress
a bit better these days and it helps so much that I can now get back to some gardening! I joined the webinar on bloating and found it most helpful.

Does Timing of Prednisone Matter?
This coincided with a 2 week period of increased (mostly good)
stress
after which I slowly started having significant pain in my neck and shoulders and very minor pain in my thighs. It was like my original pain but not as severe.

I had the two part myocardial
stress
test 3 months ago.I've been prescribed 50 mg twice a day but told to carry on with bisoprolol 3.75 mg in morning and 2.50 mg in evening. I live alone and worried about dealing with possible side effects.
