symptoms before a heart attack
I was totally shocked to get my diagnosis a few years ago and have made many lifestyle changes as well as taking
statins
and ramipril on the advice of the cardiologist. Something I really struggle with is the concept that a HA can come from nowhere with seemingly no symptoms in the lead up.

buprenorphine side effects
I also recently went back on a low-dose of
statins
as after being off them for six months as my cholesterol shot up 100 points. I take one quarter of the film at night around 6 o’clock. I sleep all night which has been amazing as the oxy was wearing off in the middle of the night.

Podcast on heart, cholesterol, statins, diet, gut health, Vit D, micro biome 💕🌱
This came on randomly in the car this morning on the way into work. I found it very engaging and it gave me confidence I’m on the right track with my health. They reference auto immune and epidemic hypothyroidism. https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/the-gut-health-gurus-podcast/id1433882512?i=1000600120659

Hypo and cholesterol advice please
Was then told I need to pass a risk test for
statins
. Had more blood tests with GP ‘to rule out anything else’. Since my Oct results I’ve supplemented some iron and Vit D Any thoughts please on my ft3 level. GP says my TSH is ‘normal’, I have said this could be lower.

High Cholesterol
I am going to ask him if I should try
Statins
, although they seem to cause muscle cramps in some people ? In previous tests my own doctor said they are within the limmits.

Robinsons "Fruit & Barley" contains grapefruit
Acalabrutib is made ineffective by grapefruit (as are my
statins
), so does "Fruit & Barley" contain enough of the offending ingredient to be another proscribed foodstuff?

Stenosis (blocking!) of the LAD - will it now be monitored?
The doctor I spoke to said the stenosis was linked to genetic traits (dad had high cholesterol at my age) and has put me on
statins
. My concern now is that presumably once my ASD is fixed I won't be getting reviews of how that arterial disease is developing.

Lone Paroxysmal AF or Hypothyroid Symptom?
Adverse responses to betablockers and
statins
or fluoride-containing medicines should never be ignored btw, they can all impact the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis, and disclose a latent thyroid condition.

Do natural supplements work to reduce high cholesterol?
She mentioned taking
statins
. I declined for various reason which she understood. She suggested that I try a 3 month course of natural supplements and gave me a freebie Cholesfytol which contains among other things red yeast rice.

Statins for paroxysmal Atrial Fibulation?
Afib &
statins
? The argument is that it reduces major cardiac events in AF but no mention of P. Afib. Be grateful for any pointers. I'd like to read up before my appointment. Sorry to go on about this but it's praying on my mind. Knowledge is power and all that.

Rosuvastatin
can
statins
cause a runny nose ? since being on Rosuvastatin my nose constantly runs or is blocked it’s driving me mad, I’m not sure if it’s a coincidence though.

Plant Sterols.
I've been told my cholesterol is high, it's 6.1 and my GP wants me to take
Statins
. I am not happy about this as I feel sure they will upset my IBS so I wondered if plant sterols were compatible with levothyroxine.
