Flutamide, bicalutamide, nilutamide, apalutamide or enzalutamide?
According to the cancer.gov fact sheet for Hormone Therapy for Prostate Cancer, there are 5 types of CAB, Complete Androgen Blockade. I've been on bical. for about 20 months. However, against advice, I have not had radiation nor surgery. The combo I'm using is finasteride, tamsulosin and bicalutamide

Hello, I have done lots of reading over past year about thyroid function and have decided to come here for advice. In March I had thyroid autoantibody levels >1000IU/ml, T4 level of 15.4 and TSH of 6.65. My Dr advised a test in 3 months so I had another test in July and T4 was 15.2 and TSH was 7.92.

Woozy in morning after sleeping on left side
Been on Lupron/prednisone/zytiga since November 2018. Side effects have been manageable but lately a new symptom. If I have slept on my left side, When I get up I have been feeling woozy and it lasts for several hours. Strangely, it does not happen when I sleep on my right side. My other meds are atorvastatin

Overactive bladder treatment
Since radiation and chemo treatment I have an overactive bladder. My oncologist put me on oxybutynin about a year ago, but this had little impact and a few negative side effects for me. I go back to my oncologist on Friday, so am willing to try again. Any suggestions. I read there are a range of alternatives

Tamsulosin (Flomax)
I've been taking tamsulosin for BPH for several years. Lately having a persistent post nasal drip I began to check and see if any of the meds I take could be causing it. When I saw this as a potential side effect of tamsulosin I went from taking two capsules a day to taking one. The post nasal drip

DCT and Pain Relief
I've been doing DCT for nearly a week now and I'm very hopeful I'm going to see results... It gives us all that little bit of hope when we hit rock bottom after having a flare up... I've had to stop doing everything these past 12 months, whether it be have sex, masturbate, the gym, sports, even a light
