Unable to ejaculate after usage of catheter and medicines

I had a problem with urinary track infection before 3 days and unable to urinate and I have been admitted in hospital for the same reason and they used Catheter to collect urine and later on they given medicine like tamsulosin hydrochloride after using this i got a new problem - unable to ejaculate the sperm. It seems to be finished, but nothing comes out.. Please suggest me if u have any idea about the same

Hey Tamsulosin reduces semen, I had strong ejaculation but since using tamsulosin it has reduced significantly, meds’ also can cause retro ejaculation too.

Unless u like the mess or need the load ie baby to make etc give it time to build up again I wouldn't worry yet x
