Been on Lupron/prednisone/zytiga since November 2018. Side effects have been manageable but lately a new symptom. If I have slept on my left side, When I get up I have been feeling woozy and it lasts for several hours. Strangely, it does not happen when I sleep on my right side. My other meds are atorvastatin, tamsulosin, carvedilol, baby aspirin, 6 month Prolia, and calcium, D3, and magnesium supplements (I sound like a walking pharmacy).
I would like to believe it is caused by the meds rather than something more serious, but has anyone had a similar situation? I will speak to my GP on Monday. My other question is this in the domain of my GP, my MO, my cardiologist, or all of them? Thanks for the collective wisdom and experience of my brother warriors.

Hey Westof, Yes, he was. He was so hilarious!!! My favorite: the doctor told me I had one week to live and I asked him for a second opinion and he said okay, you’re ugly too 😆! So many other good ones too!
Yayahahahaya my man Rodney it is ... he had a great talent that I liked a lot . I liked Rip Taylor , different but entertaining too. I’m just plagiarizing the greats yayahahahaya.
Hi Jazzman, I like the brother warrior quip. I don't know about what may be causing your discomfort but maybe worthwhile getting your kidneys checked. I say this as my PC mastisized into my bladder and closed off my left ureter. Thought's and prayers for you 😎
Im sorry to hear it Doseydoe . Pc closed down me and put me in k failure. I had a foley and tubes then stints for a total of almost two years. I came out of that hell. I wish you the same . Good luck on it all .👍
I’m not on lupron anymore . I take a pill adt that drives dizziness and nausea each and every morning for five years . Ouch . I also take prolia and many nutrients. Ginger and canaby products help me with these symptoms. Take care 😎
I would check to be sure it's not circulation related because the heart is nearer to the left side, and may have more resistance and be less efficient when laying on your left side. I can't lay on my left side, because I can feel my heartbeat strongly. It could also be caused by fluid buildup in the lymph system as peripheral edema is a known side-effect of Lupron. Oddly I have swelling in my right ankle only when I sit for long periods.
Sounds like a possible cause as I do have edema. I have just started wearing compression socks during the day and hope that gives some relief. Last night I stayed on my right side and did not wake up woozy. Still looking for medical advice on this symptom.
I would start with Cardiologist. To me, it sounds like a vascular restriction; however sound medical advice from a specialist is in order.

I am prone to atrial fibrillation episodes and I found that sleeping on my left side could trigger an episode. The next time this happens feel your pulse -- is it strong and regular or erratic? I've also recently discovered that vit D3 increases my a-fib occurences -- I had to stop taking it.
Maybe consider an ENT?, Inner Ear issue?, Fluid buildup, have any nasal connection?, Vertigo causing the woozy?, Had this before and have a glass of orange juice first getting up helped me.
