Have you been advised to have an ablation and know what it is? An ablation is a long term, effective procedure with a high success rate for atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter.

It is completely natural to feel anxious about a procedure, so preparation is key. Our information sheet 'Preparing for an ablation' offers you a wealth of information about all you need to know: api.heartrhythmalliance.org...

We have a dedicated Patient Services Team who are here to offer support, advice and information via Patient Helpline +44 (0) 1789 867502 or via email, please visit: heartrhythmalliance.org/afa...

Alternatively, for further information, please visit our webpage: api.heartrhythmalliance.org...

We are always here if you need us and hope to hear from you soon.

Kind regards,

HollieAdmin

That's very use Hollie thank you. Is there anywhere I can check the success rate of ablations? A lot of the discussion on the site seems to be negative or is it that once it works the successful people naturally migrate away from the site?
