I give up
She's told me to give it maximum two weeks with the guinea pigs out of communal living areas and if no better then come back and she will start me on a different inhaler which I can also take during the day if it gets worse (
Singulair
maybe?)

Hopeful new born for me
Beijinger, male, 36 years old, and started to have tight chest and short of breath since 2010, and I have been treated as asthma because the provocation test(hope I am spelling right) is positive, and the FEV1/FVC is 65% with no reversible with ventolin, I have been put on Symbicort/Seretide/

Other issues developing after RVATS over 2 yrs ago
I’m well and on
Singulair
daily now and inhaler when needed. Next regular scan is next month. Has anyone had “other” lung issues/infections develop after VATS and clean scans? These issues may be pneumonia, COPD, recurrent bronchitis, asthma.

I have been taking this dangerous tablet for 17 years. I stopped last 10 days when I read the side effects. It should be banned. I had nightmares huccinations and blackouts. Sleep was a nightmare and agressiion was always. Now I am free of this drug I can sleep and reason. I am back to my own happy self

How long to recover from an attack?
Serotide x2 daily
Singulair
daily Ventolin as needed. I have regular checkups and have not needed a change in medication for a while. I had an attack at work last week, first one in about 18 months. Ended up in AE for treatment. 40mg steroids daily x 6 days to take home.

Inhaler or Nebuliser???
I take symbicort 160/4.5, montelukast (
singulair
), and Omeprezole everyday. I also take albuterol as my rescue. I'm wondering if a nebuliser would help me out. Thanks!!!

Can asthma come back after being gone for years?
I was on
Singulair
medication for years until I stopped taking it a few years ago. I have been having a tight chest and shortness of breath ONLY happening past 10pm or so. I'm fine during the day. But like tonight I'm just trying to remain calm.
