Seriphos!
I have recently had results of a saliva adrenal profile, which shows my morning cortisol is too high, then it falls into range for the rest of the day. I started taking phosphatidyl serine 2 weeks ago, but after researching a little more last week, I decided to buy Seriphos, as it is apparently more

Got some tests results back...
Looks like I don't have APS based on these test results. Also dr said they were normal, but still wanted to run them. Here goes, may have missed one...nurse copied results more than once and interpretative information from the lab all ran together... Anti Phospholipid panel: Phosphatidyl serine Antibody

Meds 4 Anesthetic isoflurane has been shown to promote Alzheimer’s disease (AD) neuropathogenesis
I won't be posting this article unless asked. It is a very heavy clinical read (statistics experimental model etc - Way above my reading age) of tests done on mice only.
You might want to read my summary at the bottom first!

D-serine treatment
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21733283?dopt=Abstract Has anyone any knowledge on the success of using d-serine? It ties in with the research from ethnomedicine regarding serine and the toxin BMAA.

depression
Has anyone with RLS been prescribed Trazadone or
Serzone
or Wellbutrin for clinical depression?. My G.P. first of all prescribed Prozac but my legs went through the roof so I stopped taking it.

Treating Thyroid patients like children - Dr Malcolm Kendrick
“Of the seven products studied in pediatric MDD (Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil, Celexa, Effexor,
Serzone
and Remeron),” he testified, “FDA’s reviews of the effectiveness data resulted in only one approval (Prozac) for pediatric MDD.”

How do you experience your brain fog?
I ask this because I feel utterly, utterly spaced out as tho' I am not in my own body almost. I sometimes cannot tell if I feel hot or cold - basically my awareness of my own body is totally off. My sense of touch, knowing if its hot or cold - most of my senses are off. The only sense that still

Advice please: Adrenal Fatigue - I am getting nowhere! Please what are the treatment options as followed by other fellow contributors.
I am currently being treated for adrenal fatigue and have been following a course of treatment for over a month and I feel I am only getting worse by the day. I am very confused and very low about the total lack of progress I am making. I am an ex-patient of Dr. Skinner and am now under a new doctor

Does Seriphos / Phosphorylated Serine help to control / subdue adrenaline as well as cortisol?
I've just started 30mg NDT and hope that eventually my stress levels/anxiety will be addressed when I progressed through this treatment. However, I am battling stress/anxiety, which is quite normal for me, but in addition have a couple of difficult issues to deal with just now, and wondered if Seriphos

Cognitive behavioural therapy may help resolve chronic adrenal (cortisol/glucocorticoid) and exaggerated stress response problems
Hi all. I've been posting at times recently about how exaggerated stress responses and/or chronic stress and consequent chronically elevated cortisol (which often progresses to adrenal fatigue/exhaustion) may lead to chronic fatigue, auto immune issues, blood sugar regulation problems and thyroid disease

To users of Phosphatidyl Serine
Hi I have read that Phosphatidyl Serine blunts excess cortisol. But can anyone tell me if supplementing with Phosphatidyl Serine affects normal Adrenal levels? With thanks Penny
