Mainly aimed at the ladies (but all opinions welcome)
I am curious as to how others feel about their
scars
and if they are happy to wear them with pride or more likely to cover up. Absolutely no judgement as I know we are all different I am just curious.

Song and Dance ?
The
scars
were eight small punctures, four on either side of the chest, and have mostly gone by now (just two dots more noticeable on the right side).

My 2nd post on PEMF (pulsed electro magnetic frequency) therapy and its CLINICAL BENEFITS!
I am currently using PEMF (pulsed electro magnetic frequency) therapy on a daily basis, for 30 minutes -- since August 5, 2022. In a previous post I detailed the specifics of my therapy. So I won't go into further details here... Other than to say that with using my new PEMF matt ... my 2-year nagging

How long after your surgery did you start applying cream / BioOil to the
scars
? I just want to make sure I don’t start applying it too soon as don’t want it to cause infection etc. Thank you! X

When it rains, it pours
First time it was a scratch and this time he bit my face and caused some light
scars
and a bloody lip. Well it wasn't a big deal except my mother was saying I told you so. How sweet. Glad that if I broke my leg from standing on a chair, her first response is I told you not to do that.

Seeing the scars for themselves
Since my hair has been receding last few year it has uncovered head trauma I don't remember I've drawn them on to give a perspective of what's there. None of this has ever been examined ever I remember the recovery of my broken left leg the car hit my left side..god knows what lies behind all this carnage

Nothing Matters
He has been succeeding in life since he started middle school while I’m still trying to find reasons why I shouldn’t cut
scars
into myself or have ever so much as held someone’s hand. Nothing will ever matter or be important when you are inferior to literal children.

Period time and operation 😩
Hi all I am due a laparoscopic procedure next week and it is the time of the month. I am worried it will happen on the day. I have been told of a pill that can delay my period, should I take this. Or can the procedure be done whilst on a period? I cannot delay the operation I have waited 4 years

AMAZING video on PMB (photobiomodulation) from neuro scientist who holds 3 international patents! PAIN RELIEF and more!
Her name is Dr. Juanita Anders. I Googled her and her list of achievements, awards, and positions in the field of brain research and pain relief .... is too long to list here. *Despite having 3 patents in neuro research... despite her employment with the Defense Department ... the Michael J. Fox Foundation

What is "forced retraction" of the 4skin
Medically,
SCARS
do not make or lengthen skin surface-
scars
pull skin together in teh healing process and shrink skin surface thus tightening skin.
