Need help to fight fatigue from Radium 223
Stage 4 for last 3 years. Had 6 cycles of Chemo and then Abiraterone for 18+ months until it stopped being effective. Currently part of trial with Radium 223. Had 4 cycles already and 2 more to go. After this will likely have to switch to Enzalutamide and ADT. Now having bad fatigue issues; on scale

Help in interpreting results
I want to first thank everyone who posts and replies on here. This has been a mine of information for me and I greatly appreciate the time and effort from all. I have recently had full blood test through Blue Horizon and would be grateful for help in interpreting them. I currently take 125mcg levothyroxine

Vitamin supplements
I currently take evening primrose capsules and vitamin D tablets together late afternoon (primrose includes vitamin E). Is it better to separate these or to take with food? They both have added incipients. Should I be looking for natural vitamins instead? Also, I have purchased some Liposomal vitamin

Advice on bloodwork after radiation treatment?
Hello all, I have been coming back to this forum since finding it a few weeks back, and am looking for some advice and thoughts on my father's case. He was diagnosed with prostate cancer (a very low PSA) back in 2016, underwent a radical prostatectomy that year, and then radiation a year or two later

Erection return
For those who have experienced radical prostatectomy, my question is about the return of erectile function. I realize it may never come back. Or it may come back but it could take up to 2 years. I am doing penis pumping once to twice daily. I am taking daily sildenafil. Over two months out since the

"Increasing intake of folate and vitamin B6 beyond recommended daily levels offers no protective benefit against Parkinson's disease (PD), a new study shows.

Though there was some evidence that vitamin B12 early in life was associated with decreased PD risk, the findings were inconsistent

Underactive thyroid - follow-up
Hi all, I posted the below message recently and got some good feedback. I have now started on one Liposomal B complex tablet per day. I haven't been taking any vitamin K2 recently but previously took Vitabay. Is this a good vitamin brand for K2 or are there better brands out there ? I typically take

Radiation after Radical Prostatectomy with Lymph Node Removal in Non Metastatic and Metastatic Men. Need some answers.
For anyone following this post, just asking for clarity on the differences and to share your individual experiences. I had a radical prostatectomy with lymph node removal only 8, negative for pca. But, found with positive EPE margins, bladder wall, and microscopic bladder neck. A RO mentioned radiation

About Radiation After Radical Prostatectomy
Do Physicians only recommend radiation for non metastatic men? and only recently in Oligo metastatic patients? Do they use radiation as a tool to bring psa down in metastatic men? and or radiation is only used as palliative for bones and pain? My apologies, If I’m not processing this thoroughly

Leakage with Sex
I had radical prostatectomy 5 years ago. I have urine leakage with sex. (known as "climacturia"). My doctors have suggested a few possible fixes including surgical implants like a "sling", an "artificial sphincter" and a couple of other options. Has anyone else experienced this situation, and if so,

vasospastic angina
Hi, I had a radical hysterectomy one month ago. Since then vasospastic angina has got worse. Can this kind of surgery and drop in hormones cause issues. I am told it will settle but to date it hasn’t and resulted in two trips to A&E. Grateful for advice. Many thanks
