Basically, I was hospitalized found out I have a Egyptian fraction of 26 I was in the hospital for 1 week. It has now been 3 weeks later. I wanna know if anybody was able to build up their ejection. Fraction and how long does it take to build up if so Since the day of my release I quit smoking I quit drinking. I quit salt. I quit sugar and I've smoked for 45 years and drank for 45 years. I quit cold Turkey with everything trying to build my heart up. I wanna know if I will be able to do this and how long it will take to get to semi. Normal from twenty six percent

I can't give you precise answers but I can say without doubt your heart and overall health will benefit enormously, as long as you can maintain this and have the support of allied health professionals. Even things like how well you tolerate medications and future treatments will be improved. You have taken on enormous, difficult but very important changes in lifestyle. Very impressive. Be proud. I hope your ejection fraction improves significantly.
