Itchy legs whist taking magnesium supplements
3 weeks ago I started taking 300mg of magnesium citrate,

+ c, D3 25ug & a probiotic. I have also been using the Better You B12 spray for a year & im on 2.5 grains of thyroid s a day. For a couple of days now my legs have been really itchy, unbearably so at 3am this morning.

Has anyone had any luck with this as a protocol suggested on this site? My husband takes Mucuna L-dopa 98% and was looking for something that he hoped would help the effects last longer than 2.5-3hrs (occasionally longer, when taken on an almost empty stomach). We haven't seen any difference as yet and
