Chest clearance
Just wondering what clearance techniques everyone uses? I seem to be waking at 4am every night and feel extremely “full” It takes me a couple of hours to huff & puff to clear everything. Does anyone else struggle to sleep due to clearance issues? Does anyone use devices or physio? I am stage 4 COPD FEV1

I Feel As If I'm Running A Marathon Everyday. My Heart Just Races Out Of The Blue For No Reason. I'm Currently Wearing A 30 Day Event Monitor Which Already Caught Some Of My Episodes. I've Passed Out About 5 Times On Different Days. I Get Short Of Breath. I Can't Tolerate Exercise As My Heart Goes Through

Any tricks for combatting PVC's ?
I have a long standing battle with PVC'S/ ECTOPIC BEATS and have had every test know to man. I only get them at nightime but they have been a constant problem for 5 years. Last week my consultant rang me to say that he had decided to close my file as they can't do anymore except just to recommend keep

How many PAC/PVC is considered as normal
Today I want to write about PAC/
PVC
, I started to experience those monsters lately (maybe 1 skipped beat every minute or every 2/3 minutes). And I was wondering if you have some tips to stop them? I’m also worried about them because I’d didn’t feel them previously or at least not that much.

Multifocal PVCs
Hi, I'm new here and just wondered if anyone has the same or similar to me? Just need a bit of support really, and to know I'm not alone with this. I have multifocal PVCs and nocturnal Wenkebach (heart block), which was diagnosed a year ago (although I've had symptoms for 2 years). I was started on beta

PVC’s while eating??
This time has been different and one of the biggest problems I’m having is terrible episodes every time I eat- every third beat is a
PVC
and it’s making meal times a misery.

Increase in PVC s ? After 2nd holter test.
Visited my cardiologist today to get the result of my second holter test and I am worried cos the frequency of the ectopic beats has increased substantially since my first test. The cardiologist insisted that there was nothing to worry about as they are completely benign. He also said not to read much

How to come to terms and let go of fear with PVCs?
All of a sudden I went from 1
pvc
a day to 1 a minute. I felt like I couldn’t breathe and it was miserable. I got an echo, Holter monitor, multiple ecgs, and nothing was found. I was told less than 1% Of my beats are composed of PVCs and PACs.

Should my husband quit his job to keep me safe?
Husband's work had 6 COVID diagnoses. I'm 69, COPD/emphysema. FEV1 only 27% at last check a few years ago. Should he quit his job for my safety? My income is only $1,250/mo from Social Security after paying for Medicare. We live in California, U.S.A. and we don't know if he can get unemployment assistance

After the stents he now has frequent premature vebtricular contraction(

Vagal nerve ?
I have been two days without a single
PVC
but today they have returned. Its been bliss without them but they are back accompanied by coughing and blurping symptoms that had practically disappeared along with the ectopic beats.

Kardia Mobile cleared for AI improvements to Mobile and 6L ECG
Have you guys seen this?...didn't see it posted yet: https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/fda-clears-first-of-its-kind-algorithm-suite-for-personal-ecg-301178479.html I just purchased an iWatch6 for it's smoother and (arguably) more accessible ECG. My electrophysiologist, who reads my tapes said

Laughing causes bad chest discomfort or sometimes to race I then started getting

metoprolol and anxiety
Hi all, I recently started metoprolol for tachycardia and pvcs, it helps tremendously with this but my anxiety has seem to have gotten worse. Don't think it is due to the beta blocker, think its more the anxiety over the dizziness the medication causes. Does anyone take anything with metoprolol for
