I watch very carefully what I eat and when to keep my digestion happy (I've had to stop eating wheat products and lactose in milk), am on Omperazole to deal with any residual wind, occasionally take a slug of Gaviscon, and am taking Magnesium Citrate 2 x 200 mg/day for the heart itself. All my life my ectopics have been associated with indigestion. Common for many people. Dr Sanjay Gupta's (cardiologist) youtube videos havr a lot on ectopics

Not get rid of them completely, but I have been able to massively reduce them by cutting out some of the things medically recognised to increase them, alongside taking a calcium channel inhibitor as my ectopics trigger SVT. With meds on their own I was still having loads, but since completely excluding all types of ginger, caffeine, and dark chocolate, avoiding cough and cold remedies containing pseudoephedrine (and having local anaesthetic that doesn’t contain adrenaline), and getting enough sleep each night, the numbers have dropped to probably a dozen or so a day on average. Not everyone has lifestyle triggers, but for those that do, some of the other things that can increase them include white chocolate, asthma medications, recreational drugs, alcohol, stress, and anxiety. Some people also reckon spicy food, but that’s not one to make the ‘official’ list as yet.
