Heart Monitor for PVCs/Bigeminy
I developed PVCs/bigeminy & shortness of breath after my 2nd Pfizer shot. I was referred to a cardiologist and I'm now on a heart monitor for a week and will have a treadmill stress test in 3 weeks. Shortness of breath is gone, thankfully, and I feel good. What is my doctor looking for on the monitor

Sleep and heart health.
Does anybody know if there is a possible link between poor sleep/insomnia and heart health ? The reason is I have always been poor sleeper due mainly to work shift patterns. I also have a slightly obstructive airway by way of a long suffered deviated septum. Over the past couple of years I have been

PVC’s - Did You Ever Find The Cause?
Just that really! Out of the blue started suffering frequent symptomatic PVCs. I’m having the symptoms treated but have no idea what’s the cause. Does anyone who suffers with them know what causes theirs? Does finding out help make them stop?

I had lots of
pvc
ectopics 1-2 a minute at first but time (and as a reformed sceptic ..magnesium taurate) seem to have lessened them to 1 every 1-300 beats and certainly the pvcs are a bit less clunky.

Hopefully increasing my heart rate will solve the Pac/
Pvc
sensations which is my main issue at the moment. Having a two day holter to see how low my HR is and to study the PACs.

Are you heart palpitations this severe?
Hi, I am a 38 yo female who has been experiencing heart palpitations my entire adult life. I have had Holters, ECGs, and echos, and only PVCs and suspected inappropriate sinus tachycardia have been diagnosed. I have learned to live harmoniously with the occasional flip-flops and tachycardia. However,

Heart rate still high after exercise
I recently purchased a heart rate monitor that you wear as a watch and noticed when I exercise and get my heart rate to 110 bpm let’s say after walking up a hill etc, my heart rate is still late 90’s for up to a hour after. Or sometimes it just stays not much lower than my peak heart rate. I get

My PVC story
Hi guys, seems like I’m a little late as well but I hope my story is able to help calm some of you who have a similar issue. 5 years ago I was diagnosed with PVCs, I’m 27 now. I cut off all caffeinated drinks and stopped drinking. I did the ablation twice, at two different spots in the heart and the

5 times larger stroke risk
I know, I should have written this as a response to what BigArnie has posted lately, but since there are so many comments to his post, people most probably would miss to read it. I suffer on AF for maybe 15 years (68 now, male), but because of having very mild symptoms, never went to see a doctor and

PVC’s
Hi everyone. It’s been 8 months tomorrow that I had my SVT Ablation. I am back to working out regularly, and I also got a new job while being a full time student. I am still taking my metoprolol twice a day, even though I really should start weaning myself off of it. I am scared to do that though because

Ablation for PVCs²
I've been told by my EP that he recommends that I have an ablation, as I have PVCs. I'm only 40 and currently take Flecainide twice a day, 50mg per time and have done this for around a year. I'm terrified of having the ablation done, as any heart procedure sounds terrifying to me. I asked could I have

PFT PRE & POST NUMBERS
Regarding transplant consideration, what fev1 numbers are considered the most important in the PFT testing. The numbered results before having taken the inhaled medication, or the fev1 result after taking the inhaler?

Atrial bigeminy, ectopics, PVCs and low heart rate
I'm 57 and have atrial bigeminy which is almost constant, my resting heart rate ranges between 38 and 44 on average. I've had ECGs and EKGs showing my heart is strong but misfiring. A 24 hour halter monitor revealed very frequent ectopics and I've been waiting over a year for a treadmill stress test
