ICSI 2nd time and I am freaking out..
Hello ladies.. I had my 2nd 5day FET yesterday. When I had my last FET, there were absolutely no issues w.r.t endometrium, embryo quality etc. However for unknown reasons my transfer failed. Although I had no symptoms last time except for lower back ache, I still had hope. Fortunately/unfortunately after

8 days post a 5 day blastocyst transfer
Hi all again, Thank you for all the support and kind words over my last post regarding the symptoms. Today is my day 8 post the blastocyst transfer. Over the past few days I experienced tiny bit of symptoms and none of them have been consistent. FOr instance, I felt nauseous for half an hour last night

Pseudomonas advice
Hi all, This is my first post so please do bear with me. My son (2) has been on nebulised colomycin, azithromycin, inhalers and montelukast for a year to combat pseudomonas. This followed two weeks of IVs in hospital. Problem is - we cannot seem to find an underlying cause (negative for cystic fibrosis

How common is abnormal uterine bleeding with endometriosis?
Hi just wanted to ask this quick question as I'd really like to have a better idea of how common abnormal bleeding, as in bleeding for a long time without fully stopping and at times outside of your period, is in endo. Asides from the pain this is my main symptom and concern and as I'm not diagnosed

Bio and a bit more
Since then it's been a struggle culminating in a diagnosis of Idiopathic
Pulmonary
Fibrosis
in Aug 2019. I'm told I am getting Nintedanib at the end of April. Hope it helps. I'm also keen to get travelling again but will need oxygen on planes. Anyone know much about this?

UTI’s Update
Well I have at last had a positive few days. I would like to thank people on this site for suggesting vaginal atrophy to me. I spoke with my GP on Friday and she agreed that I could try oestrogen pessaries. I had a telephone consultation with a Urologist today. After a shaky start where she asked was

Embryo transfer
I am in day five of a 5 day blastocyst transfer. I felt a little cramping yesterday afternoon. Since, I do not feel anything, no cramping, no bleeding as if nothing has happened to my body. I wonder if it indicates the implantation is not successful.

A newly discovered disease may lead to better treatment of cystic fibrosis.
Cystic fibrosis is the most frequent severe inherited disorder worldwide. Every year, hundreds of families are confronted with this diagnosis – and to date, there is no cure for this disease that mainly affects the respiratory system. Besides supportive treatments, a lung transplant is often the only

Triple Inhaled Therapy at Two Glucocorticoid Doses in Moderate-to-Very-Severe COPD.
Triple fixed-dose regimens of an inhaled glucocorticoid, a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA), and a long-acting β2-agonist (LABA) for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) have been studied at single dose levels of inhaled glucocorticoid, but studies at two dose levels are lacking. Bleeding 6 months after bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy
Hi, I had a bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy in January and on kliovance for menopause. Yesterday I started bleeding like a period, but obviously very aware that without ovaries and fallopian tubes this is not possible. Has anyone had this? Thanks

About to start drugs for the frozen embryo transfer. Anyone used HRT drugs before?
I have PCOS , we managed to get 10 embryos in the freezer which was great and then covid hit so we had to stop. We've now been told we can start the process of drugs (injections, pills and pessaries) and hopefully at the end of the month we can do our frozen embryo transfer. Just wondering if anyone
