Mayo Clinic studies B12 def, are very interesting!!
Psychiatric symptoms may vary from depression to mania,
psychosis
, and occasionally suicidal thoughts (Supplemental Table 1, available online at http://mcpiqojournal.org).5 The reason why some patients mainly present with megaloblastic anemia and others with neurologic symptoms remains unknown.

Urgent advice is needed for our elderly mum with COPD placed on end of life meds
Certainly I feel the haloperidol and midazolam, are most definiviely unecessary as until 2 days ago she has never had any form of
psychosis
, and the lorazapam in itself is already a very strong anti anxity medication.

Recovering through Poetry
Hi ladies, Just wanted to share what I have been doing on my recovery journey after postpartum
psychosis
. I have been combating the low self confidence and the feeling of not being comfortable in my own skin by poetry. I hope you take a read and resonate with some as my main themes are emotions.

Positive Intrinsic Factor
My symptoms are scary and include
psychosis
so this has been a nightmare. My question is what exactly causes the low stomach acid to begin with please? I went vegan as a teenager and suffered horrible depression (i just now at 43 realized this was connected). I had no idea.

A call out for women in Northern Ireland happy to share their story in the media
We'd also like to raise awareness of our new peer support social group which will meet on Zoom (at least initially, but we hope to run in person groups in time) every month, for women in NI who have experienced
psychosis
in the perinatal period.

Post Partum Psychosis for new mom
my sister in law just was diagnosed with postpartum
psychosis
following the birth of her daughter, 2 weeks ago. It was a very traumatic time for all family involved to watch this young mom struggle with all aspects of life.

Ppp and Olanzapine
Hello, I’m new here. I had ppp 2 years ago and I was put on 50mg of Olanapine and it got very slowly lowered. I am now on 5mg, I tried stopping the 5mg 6 months ago and symptoms of intense paranoia and anxiety returned. I’ve been going to therapy for a few months now and I feel that I’m in a good place

Who wakes up “on”?
Also I kind of feel the strength of the madopar tablets is pushing hubby into this
psychosis
phase at the peak of every dose (unrelated to schitzophrenia, just seems a similar response.) Maybe his symptoms aren’t
psychosis
, just agitation .

Any post issues after recovering from post partum psychosis?
Hi I have recently recovered from post partum
psychosis
. I was prescribed Olanzapine for a few months and tapered down to 2.5 mg. When I tried stopping it, I was suddenly faced with anxiety issues and had to go back on Olanzapine again for a few months.

The journey after the hospital
I am just wondering if it is has happened to others to have bad days where you are unsure what reality is, almost like slipping back into
psychosis
? I would love to have some advice as to what is helpful to keep her on the track of healing.
