Single positive lymph node - experiences?
Have postponed HT with rising
PSA
(now 8.9). Had SRT 2011 to prostate bed. Have had Axumin scan and then had 3rd PSMA PET scan recently (this month). All so far were negative until most recent, found single inguinal lymph node positive. Am being treated by uro oncologist. I see him next Tuesday.

Enzalutamide & ARCHES trial.

Hi Group, To get to it, my
PSA
recently jumped back up about 60%. It’s now over 1600 after lowering to around 1000. . I’m just learning to manage radiation side effects - to the extent I can - and trying to move back into some “normal” or at least semi-stable state.

No treatment. No faith. No hope.
My
PSA
is currently hovering around 6.5, and I am at peace with my decision.

My weight I was 138kg now I am 107kg Anti depressants certainly My T score is now 24 nmols, my
psa

Gleason 7, diagnosed last november
Hi All, My father got diagnosed with prostate cancer in November,
PSA
245, Gleason 4+3. He was taking triplet therapy, 6 rounds of doxitacel, enzulamite (xandti) and monthly injections. His
PSA
has been under control, it has been .4 in the last two tests.

Indomethacin - resenisitize to Enza
I just rechallenged with Enza bringing
PSA
down from 7 to 0.5, if adding cheap indo prevents buildup of AR-V7, then that is pretty important -I could alternate within the BAT concept adding a AR-V7 blocker.

Bloodwork after 4 weeks of SRT and 6 weeks of ADT
My
PSA
went from .373 prior to treatment to .148. Is this where I should be at after these many weeks of treatment. Thank you for your answer in advance

2 Questions
PSA
on April 17 with just Lupron was .7. I started Xtandi on April 15th. My
PSA
on May 14th was still .7. My MO said this was likely my nadir. I’m not sure if radiation will be approved with a .7
PSA
. I’ve received the results of my 2nd PSMA PET scan yesterday.

time to reach undetectable PSA after prostate removal
Had a
PSA
test on August 16 (approx.7 weeks later) and the value was 0.29. My Surgeon, is optimistic that my
PSA
should continue to fall and ordered a followup
PSA
test for Aug 30th. I am very anxious about this and have not been able to find any documented ranges of time to reach nadir?

Tests in regard to treatment
Hi Folks, After RP ~6 months ago with persistent
PSA
> .15, I've begun ADT using Orgovyx, and salvage pelvic RT. When should I expect that my RO will order testing, and for what? For example blood tests for
PSA
& testosterone.

T level test
Having my first
PSA
test since IMRT in a few weeks. (last ADT/Lupron was early February. 90 day. Salvage IMRT Radiation ended Early January. Is there a reason my doc didn't order T level test to coincide with the
PSA
?

Lupron only after 4.5+ years
At what
PSA
? My last scans in December seemed stable, but we didn't run a PET scan as we have in other years, only a CT of lumbar and MRIs of prostate and pelvis. Thanks for input.
