psa increase/ stable scans

My dad had pSMA scan three months ago and Ct this week things are stable but psa continues to go up not significantly but still

Increase- does still

Have prostate and bone Mets that are there but stable as of now? Has this happened with anyone else?

As cancer cells die they can/will give off, and raise, PSA. A stable CT result is definitely more indicative of where he is at with his disease than his PSA IMO.

Yes had a ct scan with contrast 10 days ago no new Mets no change in 4 years but PSA for last year is all over the place goes from about 1.8 to 4.14 and then 2.7 and 3.5 to 3 I've just stopped trying to figure it out 😸
