My MO suspects that I am non-metastatic, castration resistant but will not approve any treatment until metastases develop.
Stayed that way for two years then my T started to gradually increase to around 32 and my
PSA
stated going up.
PSA
went to 2.5 and my Johns Hopkins doctor said "I needed treatment." Had another Eligard injection and
PSA
dropped back to undetectable.

Saxon clinical trial
After Radiation treatments my
PSA
was undetectable until July 2019. It rose to 3.9 in January 2020. Pet scan found a spot on my pelvic bone. It was radiated in January 2020.
PSA
went down to 0.3 in July 2020. In November 2020 it rose to 0.6 and 0.8 in February 2021.

PSA Score Doubling / Lab Error?
So, my prostate is not going to ever generate a lot of
PSA
on an absolute scale. However, a doubling of
PSA
at any level is concerning when cancer is already diagnosed in the patient.

Pluvicto Question
Also
PSA
went down just slightly after infusion number two but went up a little from
PSA
after number two and now after number three.
PSA
Jan 9 30.85 ng/mL Feb 9 27.48 ng/mL and now Feb 28 30.689 not a huge increase but shouldn't it be goining steadily down if Pluvicto is successful?

Enlarged Lymph Nodes on MRI and CT
Gleason 7 (4+3)
PSA
6. Bone scan clear but lymphadenopathy in groin nodes (inguinal; iliac nodes). Does this mean spread? Being sent for a PET Scan Friday.

PCA Cure and when?
PSA
is 0 on ADT and Abiraterone and methylprednisolone. Averaged 8,600 steps/day. I have just started to add occasional sprinting. I am taking multiple supplements. I am greatful that my
PSA
is 0. I work everyday and pray for a cure. What is our best hope for a cure and when?

Dumb Question about rising PSA after initial RT.
If you still have a prostate after RT treatment 7 years ago ( NO ADT), could a slowly rising
PSA
just be 'natural' as you age?

PSA
can move up and down quickly. went up 10 points in a week went down 33 points in a month, without treatment. i went from NED of disease to
PSA
of 28.5 in six months. it’s a spunky little bastard. sorta like me, it seems. hence the name FulThrotl current regimen at UCLA: ADT - lupron + nubeqa currently

PSA Gone Up
In November 2023, I had my first
PSA
test since SRT and it was .008 ng/mL. I just got another
PSA
test yesterday and the number has gone up to .015 ng/mL. Should I be worried?

Proton Beam radiation
Proton beam radiation: 30 sessions = 72 Gy, result
PSA
0,014 (undetectable), minor inkontinence (pads). I am very happy about the outcome. Living in Germany: insurances cover the cost( approx 50k)

PSA 6 months after RT
Ravi at ASCO 2023, regarding measuring the
PSA
at 6 months post radiation treatment, for all risk groups. He found that the 6-month post-RT
PSA
was highly prognostic of 5- and 10-year rates of metastasis free survival (MFS), Overall Survival (OS), and prostate cancer mortality (PCSM).

I need facts on nutrition, vitamins and supplements.
I am a 5 year survivor, currently in recurrence with a rising
PSA
. Doc has started me on Lupron and Enzalutamide. I’m interested in learning factual info on the effects of diet, nutrition, vitamins and supplements on PCa. I’ve read tons of theories. Where are the clinical reports? Thanks!

Rising PSA
My
PSA
has been undetectable (<0.01) for all that time. This week it was .02 I’m going to redo the test to make sure. Then my urologist wants to refer me to a radiation oncologist. Has anyone had any experience with this. It’s really been hard trying to sort this all out.

PSA Dropped after 22 days of Zytiga
Today I had a
PSA
test. My
PSA
dropped from 0.8 on November 1 to 0.44 today. I was not expecting such dramatic fall in
PSA
after only 22 days of Abiraterone . I will have another
PSA
test on January 4. Should I expect further fall in
PSA
?
