Probably at Nadir

It has been almost 5 years! My PSA was at 10 for treatment 3+4 and SBRT. The last year my PSA has been between 0.64 and .78. I assume this is my nadir. But my brother's PSA went below 0.5 and from what I was reading, having your PSA go below 0.5 is most desirable. I have the urge to be in more control and understand the likelihood of a recurrence give my settled PSA level. Easy to say "don't worry about it." But that's not me... Curious if anyone who has had radiation has had this type of discussion with their urologist.

Do you have any history of prostatitis?

Why would you talk to a urologist?

Don't urologist follow up after issue with prostates? Should I be following up with a radiation oncologist?
