Pelvic floor physical therapy
I had a
prostatectomy
in 2011 and salvage radiation in 2017. The urinary leaking has worsened over the last year. And I’m scheduled for pelvic floor therapy in 3 weeks. This is different from Kegel therapy. Just curious, what should I expect?

Introduction from PC newbie
At first, I was convinced I should go the
prostatectomy
route, but now, not so sure. I expected to live at least another 20 years (I'm 58) until I got this news but I'm hopeful that my treatment will let me die of something else.

Introduction and progress
Travelled to Orlando to have a Robotic
prostatectomy
by an expert. SV's also had cancer and specimen showed some Gleason 9. One dirty margin at surgery. PSA undetectable 6 weeks after surgery as it was for 5 years.

Effectiveness of Radical Prostatectomy Versus External Beam Radiation Therapy Plus Brachytherapy in Patients with High-risk Localized PCa.
When I opted for Radical

Surgery vs Radiotherapy for Gleason 9-10.
; as a result, any benefit in the
prostatectomy
Gleason score 9-10 prostate cancer subset to adjuvant vs early salvage may be diluted by the more common lower-risk subsets of
prostatectomy
Gleason score 7 and 8 prostate cancer and not observed.

Sex and incontinence
It’s been a little more than two months since my radical
prostatectomy
so I tried to do some normal stuff. I had a somewhat successful attempt at sex. My worst nightmare was present due the experience but, as I wrote, there was some success. Just no standing ovation.

My Introduction - elevated psa, unconfirmed prostate cancer
Hi, I'm a 57 year old with unconfirmed prostate cancer. My psa has been elevated for 14 years and recently jumped from 6 to 14 in a 6 month time frame. Since it was over 10, I thought it was time for a biopsy. My DRE was negative so I wasn't too surprised when it came back as negative. From what

He has had nothing but trouble since his selvedge
