Palpitations V Afib
Hello everyone. I know some of you are pretty slick with your understanding of ECG readings and I am hoping you can help me with mine. PVC's - when to seek further medical advice?
Hi everyone, After several years of symptomatic and worsening Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation and Premature Atrial Contractions, I had a cardiac ablation in January 2021 that was very, very succesful - I would heartily recommend an ablation (sorry for that pun!). I have had the odd, rare episode

ablation of PVCs
so had 2nd follow up today after my AF cryoablation 5 months ago. Looks like I’ll be going down route of another ablation but this time for PVCs which have become a nuisance over last few months. Tried meds which aren’t working. Just waiting on 12 lead holter monitor so he can pinpoint where it’s coming

very early days
I'm post cryo-ablation day 4 and am flipping between NSR and very mild AFib. Literally I can be NSR one minute and the AFib the next. My Kardia is also regularly telling me I am in NSR with superventricular ectopy or premature ventricular contractions. Any sort of exertion (going up stairs, making dinner

some of the diy solutions for riding with foot drop
so when I first started having trouble with foot drop it made keeping my feet on the recumbent pedals tough so I made little wooden pads that clipped to my pedals, they were carved to fit my feet exactly thereby cradling my foot to the pedals and was able to ride like that for several more years

Coming off Flecainide (for PVC's) and possible Ablation for Teenager
Hi! I would really appreciate if you would please read my bio for the back story to this question as it has a history, but I will give a brief overview below. My daughter (14) is going to be weaned off Flecainide soon to see if her heart has 'fixed' itself after suddenly starting to misbehave in April

Ectopics and Digestive Difficulties
I have been dealing with diarrhea recently which I think is being causing by a Turmeric/Curcumin supplement I started taking. My ectopic heartbeats, probably mostly Premature Atrial Contractions (PACs), have started to flare up again. So I stopped taking the Turmeric/Curcumin supplement. Two years ago

any advice on choice of blood thinners please ?
unfortunately the Kardia mobile I bought ( thanks so much all of you for the advice on this) has confirmed that I am having regular episodes of AF ( bit not this time fast AF) followed by SR with ( sequentially wide QRS and PVCs and Supraventricular ectopy. This latter now appears to be the default

Heat hurting heart?
hey heart friends, Is anyone finding this heat is hurting them (for those in UK)? My heart was funky last night and tonight my stomach is crunching and painful (maybe dodgy rice!). Just finding this weather quite hard on my PVCs, which are already at tens of thousands a day. Also, for anyone who

update on the ecg I posted 2 weeks ago!
so was at cardiologist today for my 3 month post ablation follow up for AF. He’s thinking there is a good chance the AF has gone. I showed him the ecg traces from my Apple Watch which some of you had suggested bigeminy PVCs and that’s exactly what they are. He has me on a 24 hour monitor just now to

Paroxysmal AF with new Widening QRS and RBBB.
Hello All: This is my first post. I have become used to my paroxysmal AFIB (don't like it but am used to it), however, I have become increasingly concerned about my very recent increase in my QRS. My EKGs have always be normal except for the AFIB and PVC's etc. But in the last three months (I'm 58

What magnesium to use?
Good evening you beautiful bumpy hearted lot, what magnesium do you use, how much do you take, where do you get it from and what are your bank details 🤪🤣 I’m off for a cardiac mri on Thursday and I’m taking 2.5 milligrams of bisoprolol twice a day to help with my pvcs, I’ve had no Af whatsoever since

PVCs post cardioversion
Been in hospital since I left home after a cardioversion that put me in nsr but with multiple PVCs and going in and out of Afib which resulted in me being taken by ambulance with fluid overload on lungs and heart. Still in on a monitor and waiting on next move as don’t feel good like this. On dronederone

5% PVCs
Is 5% PVCs, with a normal sinus rythm, after 24 ecg OK? I have no idea whether it can be dangerous or not as nobody in the medical field said anything to me either way!

Good afternoon you lot, how long have you had to wait for echo results, I’ve chased the ep nurses and haven’t heard a thing. I had my echo on the 8th of June, I am taking 2.5mg of bisoprolol morning and night and sometimes my resting heart rate is low 40’s. Taking the blockers for pvcs which are still

Possible Nsvt?
Hello all, So I have had ectopics for about two years, thought I think I have always had them, but I started noticing them two years ago when I lost a second cousin to sudden cardiac death. I have had a holter done last year, also ecg and echo, all came back normal, hooter showed pacs and pvcs, about
