Anxiety
My anxiety is really bad right now. I attend a partial hospitalization program everyday for the last 4 weeks and they are saying that they want to end it not this week but next week. I don't feel ready but this could be my own insecurities talking. I suffer through PTSD, major depression, and borderline

Week 8, round 1 nearly beat me
Holy crap that was tough! I was feeling a bit run down before starting, but felt I had to push myself. Took a new route which was a bit less flat than I’m used to. Was on the verge of stopping before i got the “last 5 minutes” pep talk, and was able to keep going. Still aching, but feel good!

New here and looking for help or at least someone to talk with.
I suffer from severe anxiety, depression, PTSD, and it's gotten to the point me having of agoraphobia. I was wondering if there's people out there going through similar things that we could talk about or if anyone out there can offer help. I've tried a few coping techniques but nothing so far has helped

Hypericum (St. John's Wort)
I have just been reading about homeopathic Hypericum and/or herbal St John's Wort extract for RLS. It is a well known remedy for anxiety/depression because of its action in calming the nerves. Apparently it can heal the inflammation of the nerves that produce RL symptoms. Has anyone tried it?

Hey
Hi guys, girls and everything in between. I'm Becky, I am 15 years old. (16 in 3 days) and I have anxiety, depression and PTSD. I want to be a navy submarine engineer and therefore I need to pass the fitness test. I am here to help others and you can always come to me.

An Inspiring Story That Might Reflect Some of Our Difficult Struggles
A soldier with PTSD fell into a hole and couldn't get out. When a junior officer walked by the soldier called out for help, but the junior officer yelled back, "suck it up son, dig deep and drive on," then threw him a shovel. The soldier did as he was told and dug that hole deeper. A senior officer

Feel a little paralyzed today
I’ve been doing so much better with depression and anxiety on the new medication, but today I feel stuck. This morning was hard getting the kids to school as they were both whining and complaining a lot. High dramatics. I had plans, made my list but then boom, generalized anxiety. I’m familiar with

PTSD, depression & anxiety caregiving is HARD!
I've just turned 30, and my partner suffers from PTSD, anxiety and depression. We've been together for 3yrs, and have just gotten married. My partner experiences suicidal thoughts even today. I'm having trouble working with her to manage our finances. Last night she told me I was being controlling which

I don't know which consumes me more... depression or PTSD.
I have known for a few years now that I am depressed. I wasn't sure at first because you will always see me with a smile on my face, I'm bubbly in open spaces, and strangers gravitate towards me. Yet all that is just a cover to keep anyone from looking deeper. Added to this new discovery about myself

Worsening breathing problems due to B12 deficiency?
Hi guys, I've been having a number of symptoms for the past 4-6 months which have increasingly become worse. Most notably, I've had gastritis-like symptoms, including bloating, wind, stomach discomfort and reflux, which often comes with a sort of 'lump in the throat'/tightness in my throat that comes

FND and Complex-PTSD Anyone?
Hi Is there anyone else on the Forum who has both FND and Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder? Be good to compare notes or to see if I am the only unicorn in this rather twisted forest. Cheers Lou

I Need a Recommendation for an Intensive Anxiety/PTSD Treatment Program!
I have suffered from severe anxiety my entire life, but over the past few years, my panic has become debilitating. I have become severely agoraphobic. I also find it impossible to relax. I have multiple panic attacks during the night and, as a result, am severely sleep deprived. I have been able to function
