I took tylenol twice in hospital without thinking that maybe there's
polyethylene
glycol
in it. Never take these at home. I was walking before but have pain in one eye, wasn't able to walk after tylenol and the second time my leg was blue like a corpse. They check for a pulse to be sure.

Sulforaphane, Acrolein, and Parkinson's
I spend a fair amount of time re-researching things I have researched previously. With my bad memory, frequently I think I am finding something new when I am not. I just came across (again) an article on Acrolein and Parkinson's and remembered that a Broccoli Sprout beverage can clear Acrolein and

Second anniversary of HA and hopefully we’ll on the mend
Good reason to celebrate today as it’s two years to the day that my life was saved by those wonderful NHS folks. Suffered a Stemi / widow maker, but 4 stents got me up and running again. Luckily I live only 8 minutes away from the Leicester Glenfield Heart Unit and an ambulance was in the area. From

Reaction question
I looked at the ingredients and the first ingredient was propylene glycol (previous deodorant did not contain
glycol
). I've also noticed irritation when using any eye drops with
polyethylene
glycol
- my eyes will get irritated and slightly swollen for hours.

⭐New Shoe Alert ⭐
After a lot of research and advice, these are what I went with 😁Brooks Levitate 👟 I tried so many different styles today.. Trail's just didn't feel right 🤔 Think I'm to used to my brook's glycerine But these have a bit of a lower heel drop.. which hopefully helps alleviate my ball of the foot pain

Can't get Movicol in
Hi, new here & have read many threads - super helpful, so thank you to all that take the time to reply. My 3yr old boy is withholding after being constipated a few weeks ago. The constipation caused a haemorrhoid so I guess that is now causing pain for him :( Thinking back, prior to the consitpation

Practical Advice for having a social life with IBS-D
I'm determined not to let IBS-D stop me from living an active lifestyle. I'm a married mom of 3 and also very social however most people around me don't know about my daily struggle with IBS-D. I'm not looking to share this information either. If I'm going anywhere with friends or family, I generally

Glycerin suppositories...use by date??
I usually have IBS D. Recently, everything has been normal, for weeks now, Even through the heatwave. I was happy about that and it meant I could eat more fibre foods that I like, and I could re-introduce fruit carefully. Everything going well. Then Friday night, I couldn't sleep. Got up 2am,

Miralax (Polyethylene Glycol 3350) has been the best solution for my chronic constipation for several years now.
I do use the generic form of Miralax (
Polyethylene
glycol
3350) whenever it is available because of the price difference. Blessings, Friends.

Hi I have recently received a diagnosis of idiopathic constipation & my rectum does not empty fully. know it will take time, patience, self help (diet,CBT), trial & error to get better but I have never felt so medically alone. My gastro put me on glycerin suppositories, discharged me back to my GP

Constipation
I find that Restoralax (Miralax) (
polyethylene
glycol
3350) works best, however I have some concerns about taking it due to the fact that it is derived from petroleum. I would really like to not use it, and am wondering what others use? Best, Patrick

Excessive sweating
With Parkinson’s, it’s common for the skin on your face to become very oily, especially on your forehead and on the sides of your nose (this is known as seborrhea). You may also notice that your eyebrows and scalp get oily too, resulting in flaky skin (dandruff). It’s also fairly common to experience

Withholding poo 💩
Hi, My son holds in his poo. He is on 4 movicol (he is 5 yo) but it makes no difference. He keeps holding it in. His stools are not hard or dry, it is mushy. He had an impaction last year that required hospitalisation. I am terrified it will happen again, or that he will slacken/stretch his bowels

Problem with liquid levothyroxine?
Hi, I was prescribed liquid levo in July last year. I have been much better on it than I ever was on tablets. I have reduced my liothyronine from 60mcg a day to 47.5mcg as I became hyper. I have always had a lot of head aches but they have become more frequent and more severe over the last few months

Besremi versus Pegasys
PEG and Ropeg (Besremi) use
polyethylene
glycol
(PEG) to control the release of the INF molecule. The earliest INFs had less of a control element and more places the PEG could attach to, or no PEG at all, thus needing at least daily shots and large variations in INF levels.
