Peribronchial nodules- is ít attributed to Ibrance?
I have read here that some developed
pneumonitis
or ILD. I’m just kind of worried since I’m really doing well with my combo meds in terms of side effects and would like to stay in these for so long. I would really appreciate to hear feedbacks from those who have experienced this. Thanks a lot!

Update
However some very adverse side effects including
pneumonitis
last cycle means that the trial hangs in the balance for me. It may be considered too risky to continue. Which is a shame as in 6 weeks my ca125 is down 100 points and my lymph nodes are in normal range again.

Wound up with 3 bouts of
pneumonitis
that was pretty bad. Come late 2022 a scan revealed the cancer was back and growing. I started a tougher chemo regiment with immunotherapy and completed 8 of the 12 treatments before taking a break for cryoablation.

IPF or idiopathic ILD?
That led to a label of hypersensitivity
pneumonitis
or interstitial pneumonia at one point but still with the tag of idiopathic. I've asked numerous times whether my clinical team are absolutely sure I don't have idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis and keep being reassured that I don't.

Will lower dose of Nintedanib stop the terrible side effects?
However I realise it is possibly my only hope of extending my life expectancy- I have hypersensitivity
pneumonitis
( diagnosed in 2019 although I probably had it several years prior) on oxygen pretty well 24/7.

Post Xeloda Options…Enobosarm?
There’s concern that taking a biopsy of the lining of her lungs will trigger an inflammatory reaction and potentially reactivate her
pneumonitis
. So it would be difficult but not impossible to get another biopsy to see if she’s currently HER2-Low.

Are we approaching end of life?
The doctors indicated that she is aspirating and at high risk for an aspiration event like pneumonia or
pneumonitis
. ,Right now, she can’t swallow any fluids barely, and anything that does go down results in coughing. Anything we spoon in goes out of her mouth.

Does anyone have experience with Enhertu? I was HER2 - low in 2019 and my last liver biopsy was HER2 - 0. Planning to start Enhertu next.
Here is what I’ve been on so far: 1) Fulvestrant and Fasoldex/Pablociclib for 15 months - stopped due to progression in the bone 2) Piqray/Alpelesib and Letrozole for 1 month - had to stop due to severe rash 3) Afinitor/Everolimus and exemestane for 8 months - stopped due to
pneumonitis
and progression

The power of love
However afterwards, I got hit with a severe case of
pneumonitis
that required 3 treatment rounds of steroids to kick. That was tougher than the cancer treatment.

Durvalumab not working, based on Guardant 360 Tumor Response Map...
These past 5 months have been (fortunately) mainly uneventful, with the only symptoms presenting being coughing and shortness of breath, likely attributed to a mild to moderate case of
pneumonitis
from either the chemoradiation of Durvalumab treatment.

ICU intensive care/Covid and Osteoporosis
Hello, this is a bit of a left field one, and it has come as a complete shock, but on top of all my other post-covid
pneumonitis
debilitations I have now been diagnosed with osteoporosis.

In all honesty...
So I have chronic hypersensitivity
pneumonitis
& was diagnosed about 10 years ago. It's been up & down, but I was found to be hypoxic at the start of this year and have been prescribed ambulatory oxygen. Struggling to come to terms with in all honesty.
