I can completely understand your anxiety, but I would say that if you’re unsure of your diagnosis, you really need to speak to your consultant. You could be googling and upsetting yourself unnecessarily! However, if you do have HP, you need to work out which antigen is triggering your symptoms. The most common ones are mould, dust, birds. With my husband, it’s feathers in bedding and cushions.
