225 AC PSMA J591 is active in mCRPC with difficult metastasis
Interestinggly, it seems to work better than
Pluvicto
for metastasis..."it showed median declines of -52%, -40%, -23% in visceral, bone, and nodal lesions, respectively." https://www.urologytimes.com/view/225ac-psma-j591-active-in-mcrpc-with-difficult-to-treat-metastatic-sites

Cuddling Up After Pluvicto Treatment
The safer way to cuddle up when you are radioactive. Radiation is about the same at one foot as at 6 feet without the lead :)

Treatment after Lu /Pluvicto?
It seems that there is paucity of data related to the effectiveness of treatments after Lu/
Pluvicto
. I'm beginning to suspect that pubished survival benefits for Radium 223/
Pluvicto
and chemotherapy cannot be assumed to be anticipated if the patient has had

My experience with Docetaxel
I’m hopeful to take a break, but realistically it may not be a long one before the next thing which will probably be
pluvicto
. So for anyone dreading chemo, I dreaded it for five years and I won’t say it was easy, but it was very tolerable. And it at least did its job.

research summary?
Precision delivery of payloads and some help for standard chemo; - radio theranostics: if CU-67 sar-bispsma keeps going on as it is going now, with incredibly good results and very low toxicity, I would not be surprised to see
Pluvicto
disappear in few years.

Is there hope despite the pain? Is Cabometyx worth it?
Pluvicto
wasn't the miracle we were hoping for. We're currently on Xofigo round 4 (reduced mets by 50% but still a lot of pain), Keytruda round 4 and Cabo (cabometyx) holiday. He takes Oxycodone and ibuprofen for pain (but the ibuprofen seems to be hurting this stomach lately).

PSA rising, rapidly
I am guessing it will be
Pluvicto
. It looks like I will first have a PSMA/PET scan to see what's going on. I don't have any symptoms so far, except excessive sleepiness in the morning. Used to feel OK(ish) with 6 to 7 hours of sleep prior to diagnosis and during the first two years after that.

There should be more Pluvicto available soon
and I suppose it will be less expensive https://www.genengnews.com/topics/bioprocessing/novartis-automates-new-radioligand-therapy-production-plant/

Heading down hospice road too…
He feels he can’t even complete the PMSAscan which is the next step to do
pluvicto
. He tried a couple weeks ago and had to stop due to pain. He is ready to be done with treatment. Unfortunately I believe hospice is where we are heading too. I will be praying for your dad and your family.

Pluvicto going well
So far: Aug 16: PSA 99.7 Aug 21:
Pluvicto
#1 Sep 11: PSA 106 Sep 28: PSA 91.8 Oct 05:
Pluvicto
#2 Oct 25: PSA 57.8 Nov 09: PSA 47.4 So it appears to continue to work. I know that doubling time is important so I was just wondering if halving time has any importance.

Pluvicto....................
Have had my third Infusion of
PLUVICTO
............Usually takes me a week to pull out of the side effects and start a normal , if i can say "Normal " life. Will have that nuclear scan and blood work to see if the infusion is working to any degree. If NOT, we will try something else.

Do I need 6th Pluvicto infusion? PSA undetectable for 6 months.
Pluvicto
could very well have helped, though ADT surely is playing a major role. Once the study data results get published out we can get a better idea of the relative contributions.

need some guidance, feeling desperate..
He stopped responding to Docetaxel,
Pluvicto
and is now not responding to Cabazitaxel, his PSA is now over 700. He is feeling good, no pain so we continue to be surprised and disappointed that he's not responding to treatment.

experience with pain from bone mets
We tried
Pluvicto
earlier this year but it didn’t work. He is now on Cabo, Xofigo(R223) and soon to get Keytruda. We are hoping this line of treatment can ease the pain from bone mets which make it hard to even walk. The pain meds can only go so far and have harsh side effects.

FDG elements of PSMA scan
At the heart of my confusion is the function of FDG in giving a positive outcome to
Pluvicto
infusions. Is it a good thing to have lots of 'FDG Avid' showing up, or do you want those aspects of the scan to be as hidden as possible (so that the PSMA -Avid cells can be identified and zapped?

fatigue after Pluvicto
I’ve had 5 infusions of
Pluvicto
ending in July. I now have daily fatigue that causes me to nap 2+- hours every day; I used to be very active. What, if anything, are you doing to combat the fatigue? Thank you!

Pluvicto trips airport scanners
I had my fifth
Pluvicto
treatment at Mayo on November 5 and mentioned that I was taking a trip overseas from November 16-27. The nurse mentioned that she was aware of a couple of cases of
Pluvicto
setting off airport radiation detectors, but that it was rare.

Durability of Pluvicto treatment?
Just completed
Pluvicto
treatment #5 of 6 and extremely thankful for the good results. Had a PSMA Pet scan before #5 and it shows that PCa continues to disappear (read from right to left — pre-treatment, after two treatments, and after four treatments).
