Hi everyone, It’s been a while since I posted on here. Since I was 14, I’ve had heavy and painful periods. So painful I’d have days where I’d be curled up in bed trying not to cry/scream because they hurt so much. They last 9 days, and are so heavy. I also get period pain when I wee and also when I have

Does prostap make Endo vanish - please read.
I have been in prostap for 6 months and it has helped 100%, my periods stopped and no pain at all. My periods have not yet started back because the prostap is probably still in my system (last injection ran out oct) I'm worried that the laparoscopy will not find anything before my periods are back??

Anyone else suffer with their period cycle changing? Before my lap in March I had very irregular periods anywhere from every 4 weeks to 8 weeks. After my lap it started to be regular around every 5 weeks. Now it's gone down to 3 weeks?? I don't understand how it's gone down to a 3 week cycle. Does

This arrived today, can anyone shed any light please ? This is the 2nd part of the letter : “ I reviewed Elizabeth today and found her TFT’s to be rather odd. The first thing I have done is have them repeated. Her free T4 was low as you can see at 10.5pcmol/l but with a TSH that was normal!. One would

12 days since sex, light bleeding for 5 days - if this is my period it is a week early!
I am confused. It's been 12 days since my wife and and I had unprotected sex. Light bleeding has started 5 days ago, a week before her period is due. Her periods are usually on-time. Current bleeding is more than 'spotting', yet less than a period, but constant. Pregnancy tests done a few days ago

Retroverted uterus and reduced mobility?!
Hi, This is only my second post and I have no formal diagnosis as yet. During my recent appointment with a gynaecologist I was advised that based on my symptoms I likely have endometriosis with adhesions. I could try a progesterone only pill/mirena coil for symptom relief and also consider investigative

Someone help me *birth control*
I’m 18 years old, and all my life I’ve never had an issue with my natural periods. I got put on birth control (the pill) to help my skin at around 13/14, but with that came hell. My period would never stop, I would bleed for months and months at a time. The pill never made my periods extremely painful

Periods on Cerelle
I have been on Cerelle for the past 3 months and the first month I had a normal period, now - I’ve been on my period 5 weeks and getting concerned. I’m new to the whole contraception thing and I just don’t know if it’s a normal thing to be on my period for this long or not. My mum has PCOS and I have

When will my period start?
It will be 6 weeks on Friday since I had medical management for a missed miscarriage of twins and 4 weeks on Friday since I stopped bleeding and had my first negative pregnancy test. I have no sign of my period coming. I desperately want it to start as we have been given the go ahead to start out FET

Missed period and negative tests 🤔
Hello all! I hope you’re all doing well! I was diagnosed with PCOS nearly 2 years ago now after having 1 1/2 to 2 years with no periods. After diagnosis, my periods came back by themselves and I’ve been having them regularly ever since then, however, this month I’ve missed my period after 5 months of

Combined Pill
Hi, I’ve just started taking a new pill and this will be my first period on this pill, it’s been 2 days since I’ve stopped taking it for my pill-free week, and there’s still no period, not sure if this is normal, I’ve not missed any pills this month so think it’s quite unlikely that I’m pregnant, not

Could I have Endo??
I’m going to try and keep this simple but load it with information, so I was diagnosed with PCOS at 17 after getting my first period at 15 and then nothing till I was about 18, I’ve lived with it for 12 years now and found that it’s been a right pain but manageable to some degree with the help of meds

Post-lap period?
Hi everyone, I had a successful lap and removal of endo 2 weeks ago. I was put on Cerazette at the beginning of the year to help with my symptoms, and it stopped my periods completely (which was an absolute dream!) I'm still taking the pill, yet yesterday an unexpected period arrived (heavy and very

Could some one help me?
Hi. I have been having troubles with my periods since they first started at the age of 16. I went for checks and they couldn’t find the source but I was prescribed Mefenamic Acid. It helped for a while but my periods got that bad I began to have explosive diarrhoea and was vomiting because of the pain
