From my reading and understanding, so far, I tick the Functional Cognitive Symptoms and Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD) boxes. However, I found a study on "The characteristics of cognitive impairment in subjective chronic tinnitus".

However, became weaker still and developed alarming tremors affecting head, and whole body, double vision and was diagnosed with Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness. Needed wheely walker and assistance to go to loo.

The physio has added a probable diagnosis of Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness that is accompanying my other diagnoses.

I'll spare you the details, but in short I recently suffered a horrid spell of vertigo and a spike in my tinnitus, which was diagnosed as PPPD (Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness). This was related to the stress of trying to get used to hearing aids (again) and workload.

I was subsequently given a diagnosis of Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness and have been doing daily physio for well over a year, but I still feel as though I'm standing on a small boat in choppy waters, trying to stay upright.

I stumbled on an article around persistent postural-perceptual dizziness and the symptoms are exactly what I'm experiencing. I know I'm not a doctor and we all try to find answers and self diagnose but it is uncanny how similar my symptoms are.

For the last 18 months I’ve been paying a physio, who comes to my home twice per week, does good job and clears my lungs completely each time. I feel better. I know respiratory physio is listed in NHS aims for adults with PCD, does anyone actually get it, and does it depend where we live. Im 86 next
