I thought this was interesting on how to drain your lungs. I think part of helping your brain detox and drain away waste is making sure all your drainage systems from your sinuses to your chest are working well.

this works. I watched as my dad received this treatment in a NYC hospital , 20 year ago. I had kids and have done it on them ever since. They are now 20 and 22 years old, asthmatic, they ask for it when needed. It helps clear lungs, definitely and absolutely. I don't know why its not routinely prescribed in addition to meds.
