Clinical trial Keytruda (pembrolizumab) with Epacadostat
Is there anyone out there who is involved in this clinical trial: the ongoing phase III KEYNOTE-252/ECHO-301 study is exploring the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of the PD-1 inhibitor
pembrolizumab
(Keytruda) with the IDO1 inhibitor epacadostat.

Carboplatin/Alimta didn't work
His consultant has suggested a break until the new year and then to try Navelbine which she says has produced good results...also the possibility of
Pembrolizumab
as he is PDL1 positive... we are never actually shown the scans - is this normal...we just rely on what they tell us...which I'm sure is correct

Pembrolizumab Immunotherapy
This was a bit of a blow but it turned out that with NSCLC, chemo failure and a positive gene test for PD-L1 (with negative for ALK and CGFR), I became eligible for the newly approved
Pembrolizumab
and now have new hope!

been on the back burner a bit
Stopped
Pembrolizumab
trial in April after toxicity issues , which was a pity because all had been going so well . Whilst some disease is stable , I now have " significant growth " in my lower pelvis and have been put on tablet form of low dose Cyclophosamide .

Treatment dilemma with stage IV squamous cell
My girlfriend has stage IV squamous cell carcinoma and has been offered
pembrolizumab
which if successful may give her some extra months. However she has also been told the side effects can be very nasty, and some people have died from the treatment.
