Boston Scientific latitude monitor
I had a
pacemaker
fitted 4 weeks ago and was provided with one of these which is plugged into my bedroom as suggested. I am going away on 4th May and wondered if you are supposed to take this monitor with you. If so, do I put it in my hand luggage to my suitcase. Hopefully someone can tell me.

Palpations at the same time every night
I have a
pacemaker
crt device as of May 2023 for heart failure. I previously had a
pacemaker
(not crt) since 2016 for complete heart block. The causes for both are unknown. I was 18 when I got my first
pacemaker
and 25 when I got the CRT.

Some good news at last
A question though to anyone here that is hypothyroid on T3 and has a
pacemaker
, did you suffer any side effects ie palpitations? If so did a decrease in initial dosage help and were you able to stay on it? He did mention that it can cause palpitations in some folk,

Pacemaker and ultrasonic repellers
Just wondered if its safe to use an ultrasonic pest repeller in a house with a
pacemaker
resident? The manufacturer says check with a doctor - I guess they are covering themselves

Av Node Abltion
Now he is saying my only option is a AV Node ablation which I am reluctant to have because of relying on your
pacemaker
and there is no guarantee it will work.Is there anyone who has had this procedure done and give some feed back.

Sinus arrest
Good morning I wondered whether there is anyone on here who is in their 30s or 40s and has had a
pacemaker
fitted as they have bradycardia and sinus arrest? I recently found out that I have sinus arrest and am feeling very anxious about the
pacemaker
fitting.

moving pacemaker
August 2023 I had a
pacemaker
fitted after a heart attack. September the
pacemaker
moved. I called the hospital and was told if I am not in pain everything is okay. The
pacemaker
has since moved again and is pressing on my skin leaving a bruise.

Pacemaker and skiing.
I’ve skied many times before but never since having my
pacemaker
for heart block fitted. My main concern is going through the lift pass gates onto the lift, has anyone in a similar position had any experience with this and if so was it ok, did they have any effects on their
pacemaker
?

Orgovyx and its side effects on the heart's electrical system
I will need a
pacemaker
. I know a side effect of Orgovyx is Long QT Syndrome, which, like bradycardia, affects the heart's electrical system. I wonder if bradycardia needs to be added to the list of Orgovyx's serious side effects. --Boon
