low heart beat

I have had a heart recorded implant undertaken a month and a half ago and it has picked up A/fib and a low heart beat sometimes as low as 34 . What the concern was that as I came out of A/fib some times my heart would not beat for up to 6 seconds before starting again .They are going to fit a pacemaker now but wanted to ask if other people have had this st all.

On the morning of having the recorder implant procedure at approx 11am in the morning a health check before surgery showed a resting heart rate of 34 and this was before surgery ?

Before this implant and the addition of Adoxioan I was collapsing and passing out , they also found a blood clot in my right leg but that the collapses have stopped with the medication s

Has anyone else experienced this scenario ?

I wear an Iwatch and at the time would wake me up at night with an alert to say my heart beat was too low I asked the cardiologist about the accuracy of the watches and he stated they err suprisingly very accurate .

Anyway just waiting for an appointment in the next few weeks for the pacemaker .

I had a pacemaker fitted 6 weeks ago as my heart rate was going in the 30s - when I had it fitted it was set to not allow my hearbeat to go below 50 - have my 6 weeks check up this morning and touch wood haven’t had any AF episodes
